CSR(s) gets a C+ but you just can't beat the price
Customer service sucks but you just can't beat the prices. No Insurance accepted or given but for $45 for prescription glasses with all the coatings & 1.67 thin lens it a steal. KEEP IN MIND THAT when you pay for PRIORITY shipping that's from California to your state BUT G4U has them made in India/China/Over seas. India ships it to California to G4U THEN G4U ships to you. Priority=12 days. Regular=up to 21 days. Customer service sometimes didn't even respond to me. Also check your email box because they don't update the tracking number in your account section on the website. You can just see your order number That doesn't show what options you got with it.
