Don’t deserves any star but had to give something to get through

I ordered a multi function device including glucose monitor paying about £35
Received an oximeter, got back to 0717, asking for refund.
They sent me an address of China to send the item back with tracking service from UK with my own money to get the refund one approved.
When it was their own mistake or more likely conning people.
I just can’t believe this.
This is just a BIG CON and SCAM
LOOKS LIKE I HAVE LOST MY MONEY NOW
Can anyone help with how to get my money back please?

I wouldn’t want to give any stars!!!! Ordered a motorcycle decanter which showed a lovely picture of a Harley Davidson bike…you’d laugh if I you saw it! I was so angry and glad I didn’t wrap it up for Christmas! I wish I could post pictures! It looks like a 2 year old painted it!!! Missing th headlight and detail…truly shocking!

Coat ordered was absolute rubbish, not properly finished with sewing threads all curled up at outside seams. 0717 shop are in China. They would not provide free label for faulty item return as promised. I posted the garment and they would not pay customs to collect the item. Custom charge was taken from my CC without permission. 0717 refunded £40.00 as compensation and Blocked my email address. I pursued the matter with my husband's email address. 0717 denied for a period of time they had the item despite tracking and a signature given as proof of arrival. Finally they refunded the balance but did not refund postage or custom charges. I have asked for postage and customs charges to be refunded and they have blocked my email again.

AVOID! Scam site. Pic and description nothing like cheap product received. Looks like one of these Chinese sites that takes pictures from other sites and sends something far inferior.

Thought I was ordering a delightful 3D christmas tree bauble and received a flat piece of plastic tat with picture stuck on top. Someone is having a laugh. Not allowed to add the link but avoid buying.

Beware - false advertising. I ordered what was described a a quality, mask made by hand from burlap, explicitly stating NOT LATEX. I received a cheap, 100% latex mask. They take pictures from other sites and sell cheap knockoffs. Return link did not link anywhere and no phone. They did eventually respond to an email I wrote but expect me to pay return shipping to China for them (more than product cost!). After my review they wrote they would give a partial refund if I removed the negative review - no doubt how there are any reviews that are not 1 star here. I refused as people need to know this is a scam

I found the Customer support very responsive and they addressed my issues quickly and to out mutual satisfaction

I can't fault the service I got when I thought I had a faulty product.

I ordered a product "Handmade In the USA. Certified" I got a very poor copy from China. I ordered 925 silver with quartz crystal, I got base metal with a plastic "Crystal" in pieces. I had to battle for a refund and was told I could have a refund if I gave a 5 star review. I have my refund but No way can I give these crooks a 5* review. I would love the pendant I ordered but I am quite sure that the advert has been stolen from a genuine artisan and I would never get what I want from China. If it was made in the USA, why did it come frome China and why did you want me to return it to China. The very fact that your reply is so insulting proves my point. £26 may seem a small amount to you but to me it is not! I promised you a review. You got it.! Having seen the reply to my review, I think that shows exactly what kind of people I was buying from. Certainly not honest ones but ones who were found out!

I had excellent service with this company. They tracked my order and kept me informed. When I had a problem, it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I will happily buy from this shop in the future

Absolute garbage! The quality of the item i ordered was terrible.
I have emailed the company twice in order to return the item and I haven't received a reply from them at all.
