10bet Reviews

色々なサポートをしてくれて本当にありがとうございます。これからも宜しくお願いします

They refuse to process withdrawls. They keep asking to re-verify your information over and over again.
Mine has been pending for more than 8 days now. The customer service on the chat is clueless.

The £50 free bet promotion is effectively a scam

This company started of reasonable but has since fell well short of any decent standard. An odd free €10 bet on promotions, but they are scarce, and altho they say they are automatically added, they never are and u have to go asking. The customer care is generally terrible and they have no idea how gambling works. No matter how much you deposit and play, it's only ever 10e promotions. I've caught them out on multiple lies, with screenshot as proof, but only one did the accept this and change the outcome. Another hight disappointing situation yesterday, where the show the have zero respect for the customer.

Got to be 1 of the worst sites ive been on the cashout on football bets is crap the cashout is available when the amount is less than what you betted but as soon as your bet is doing well the cashout is took off its a JOKE

No bonuses no offers for new 1p roulette is not right

Casino games are terrible never pay out Hardly get any bonus’s span 500 pound away on 2 pound spins not one bonus, I’ve since deposited another 80 on the chance i would get a bonus but still nothing

do not use....i deposited 100 pounds...spent 60 in first bet at york...bonus said 50 pound pending so i withdrew my other 40 to use the bonus instead.
today it says no bonus
scam scam scam
do not use...stick to trusted bookmakers online or in shops

Their app is nearly unusable, takes ages to log in and then it kicks you out after a couple minutes.

Their odds leave a lot to be desired, generally below the rest of the market, very few if any extra places on races. Appear to not price up until they see what other bookmakers are doing.

They offer you a bonus to match what you originally deposit upto £50. Unlike other bookmakers who generally give you a matched amount in free bets you have to play through over 8 times your initial deposit to get cash returns from your bonus. In my case for a £20 deposit they wanted me to play through £320.

Glad I didn’t deposit much more and will defo be deleting their app.

immediate withdrawal of funds

UPDATE. 10bet has tried to get this review removed as they again fail to take responsibility for their wrongdoing. i will update regularly on the gambling commissions investigation.

i only played slots, always a good experience fair play

Worst betting/casino site in the world

After only 2 bets limited my stake to 0.no issues with withdrawal but honestly whats the point of this website? They recommend you to use their casino wich is so rigged its pointless out of 200 slot spins i only won 10 spins with a RTP of less than 10÷. Bet and play casino somewhere else
