10bet Reviews

Absolutely gutted to have missed out on the bonus offer simply because I made a withdrawal prior to using the bonus! Customer service said there was nothing that could be done. Not particularly helpful nor inspiring. A warning for anyone else signing up.

Excellent customer service great odds same day withdrawal even on sunday

Terrible experience, crashing and very poor returns, no fun at all

SCAM stay clear of this site give a few nice wins to get you hooked and then all down hill from there. Customer service is useless would of had more luck ralking to my pet dog. Payouy percentages are fiddled. One of the tightest casino sites ever never once recieved a bonus and when i asked for one was told no i have deposited loads on there and not even a penny. This review will probably get removed by them as that is what ive heard from others who have left bad reviews.

Excellent site add great experience customer service is amazing same day withdrawals not like 32 red pay out Sunday to bonus keep up bet 10

I had the same experience as one of the previous reviews. I won around £20 from the free spins from the sign-up offer. After I withdrew the balance, I noticed that they'd simply refunded my initial deposit. I asked on their live chat why this happened and they made some reference to the terms and conditions, but wouldn't explain specifically what I did wrong.

Basically it seems that they lure people in with an offer, but simply confiscate your winnings if you happen to come out ahead.

They are now trying to get me to
Review my review, this site is a joke.
Please steer clear folk

No withdrawal take

SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

They have released a facebook ad saying that they are 5 stars and now that I check it is 3. So if they are saying this simple lie then you can only imagine what they will do to your money

I received an email saying how highly they were rated on Trustpilot, a quick visit to Trustpilot later and I find that’s not the case…not having any of my money and I suggest others follow suit
I get the feeling that the positive reviews aren’t exactly authentic reviews either…needs looking into

10bet sent email saying they are rated excellent on trustpilot. So I checked here wondering why?

Avoid - much better options out there!

As soon as you seek to withdraw, they abuse the KYC system and withhold funds, making it incredibly difficult to withdraw. Also pester for positive Trustpilot reviews, so they're obviously aware of this criticism and keen to change the narrative!

Not the greatest start. Iv only just joined and every game glitches. And the ones that done glitch are like eating money machines. I feel like I'm miles away from seeing a feature.

I'll change this review. If I have a better experience later.

I'll try one more go at it.

I expected better as the reviews are good.

But I'm starting to think there fake. The good ones

Awful site with the worst service ever for their customers. You go on live chat and nobody ever appears or any warning of where you are in the queue and whether you will get answered at any point. Absolute joke of a company that offer the customer anything of any use and the platform is probably the worst out there for the customer. Please AVOID AVOID AVoID at all costs bet 365 give you brilliant offers every week without having to ask unlike these cowboys. You can always tell a terrible company they won’t respond on any platform .

As you can see Marcus down below is a complete noob when it comes to gambling thinks it's the best casino 😂 wager £50 on sports and I've one of the new signing scores today you win £5 bet or I could just go live sport bet and bet £10 and get £10 free bet you 🤡 who the hell will fall for these promotions absolutely the worst any deluded idiot who says this casino is good is dumb

One of the best casinos out there they process your withdrawals fast plenty of slots choices and sports to bet on and the customer service is brilliant I won’t go anywhere else spend my money well done 10bet team

Placed a horse bet only to find out they don't do live streaming and had to watch it somewhere else
They also don't take bets on half the techs ltracks as they don't have a license for them.

The sports odds are not competitive at all.

All you people giving them 5 stars should be embarrassed especially name checking people who work there

Easy to navigate around, prices for football games seem to be fair.

Good offers, reliable
