I ordered 2 tyres on 27th Jan 2022 arrived on 8th Feb no problems whatsoever they do come from Germany I wasn't in a hurry for them so time wise it was ok ,GREAT price to ,DPD delivery was good too ,would use again

123Tyres have now refunded my cancelled order, so thank you. Just a shame it look so long and I had to complain first.

4 tyres ordered late December , delivered on the stated date 5th Jan . As described no issues. I see some people state delivery information is in German , they come from a German company , click the translate to English button on the site .Many thanks.

I don’t post but this time I had to… I ordered 4 Goodyear F1’s from 123tyres (Delti) for my other half’s TT on 9th. November 2021. I asked them to be delivered to my selected fitter. First only two were available, then shortly after 4 were to be delivered. Two turned up! They then had to be stored for a month while I was palmed off by various customs stories. Two tyres were due then they weren’t. They eventually turned up on 17th. December at 5pm! So all 4 were fitted to the car on 21st. December!!! Then I was advised that two more tyres were being delivered to the fitting address!!! They arrived on 22nd December. They are my responsibility so I picked them up and was advised by Delti they would be picked up from me today 29th between 8:00 and 17:00. Then the DPD driver complained he’d have to wait two minutes while I retrieved them from our garage! Have a guess what the moral of this story is…. I can’t believe I stayed calm whilst I wrote this. The decision is yours

This company eventually will delivered tyres to You, only You will wait about 3 weeks. Like I was waiting. Tyres been shipped from abroad. Bought tyres on 7,12.2021 and received 29,12.2021.

Excellent price for tyres that were available which I had difficulty sourcing elsewhere. Ordered via 123tyres.co.uk on 09.12.21 with tracking info provided and estimated delivery on 17.12.21 - tyres arrived 22.12.21.
Of particular concern is that I ordered 4 identical tyres 245/45R20, but I've been sent 2 of these, together with 2 wider ones at 255/45R20. I will fit the wider ones as I don't want to go through the hassle of returning these and waiting another 2 weeks or so for the replacements. For information of others so you check all 4 tyres for the correct size.

Purchased a motorcycle tyre. The price was good. The delivery time was given as probably 8 days; the tyre arrived in 9 days. Regular notifications kept me up-to-date with the delivery status. I'd buy from 123tyres again.

All super OK. Ordered 2x steel wheels, snow tyres and pressure sensor valves on 7/10/21. They arrived with me, in Northern Central Scotland, in pristine condition, on 18/10/21. All ready to fit when the winter snows appear. No hassle, delivery time excellent for this area. Many thanks.

This company are appaling.
They are NOT based in the UK and will simply try and fob you off when you ask where your tyres are.
They continually use the excuse that they are "stuck in Customs (in Oldbury UK)"
So, the tyres come from Germany but are stuck in Customs in Oldbury UK.....hmmmm?
If that were the case, there should clearly be tracking information from Germany to UK Customs as it's unlikely the tyres rolled themselves there!
Unfortunately, there won't be any tracking information though as the tyres haven't left the warehouse in Germany. They will of course deny this but aren't able to back up their claims with any evidence

Avoid at all costs

Pathetic communication. Ordered 4 tyres 2 weeks ago, was charged on the same day. Tracking details were provided (reassuring) but since then nothing. Tracking says the order was sent to the warehouse and that's it, nothing further from DPD. So I spoke to someone this morning who assures me they should be delivered soon (not so reassuring) and they're actually held by customs in the UK (despite not having left the warehouse yet).

I have doubts they've even got them to send out.

Placed order and was charged on 6/7/21 still waiting.
Very poor service.

Website states 2-4 days delivery time, so I placed an order.
Transpires tyre being sent from Germany, now quoting minimum 13 days delivery time. Haven’t provided tracking number and despite 2 emails still not able to track this order. Spoke to someone today who “will try to get a tracking number” but didn’t sound very optimistic.
Had I known this would have ordered elsewhere.

Gave me a 2 minute window to cancel my order and then waited a week to ship the order, and now having to wait another whole week for the actual order to arrive.

I just needed a single tyre and my time was wasted when I could have gone elsewhere. Before I could even review if the product itself is in good condition or not, since I'm focused on their website it says 3-4 days delivery but in reality it's going to be 14 days by the time it arrives.

Terrible company and service...place e my order on the 10th Feb.promised tyres delivery on the 15th Feb 21, then messaged 17th Feb, then messaged yet 19th Feb... however after calling the company to complain, I have just recieved a text confirming delivery MAY be on Tuesday 23rd Feb 21.
Poor customer service and no apology....if I had know they would have done this when I paid my money in full....I would have rather used a local tyre company and paid a little more. I will not use this company again...

Recently I bought 4x Steel wheels with winter tyres (LK 4 x 100.00 x 60.00)Falken EUROWINTER HS01 M+S marking 185/65 R15 88T and the delivery was a little bit delayed but overall I am satisfied with the process because I could track every tyre on DPD website. All tyres are in good condition, well balanced, nice color of the rims, over-inflated so you adjust the pressure which suits your vehicle which is brilliant and they don't come with nuts/bolts but I used the ones from my previous wheels. I recommend to everyone 123tyres for good and cheap tyres (+ rims).

I've ordered from 123tyres on 3 separate occasions over the last 12 months and every time the communication has been quick and efficient and with 48hrs the order has been shipped with a tracking number supplied. I'm sure the tyres are shipped from abroad but delivery within 4 - 5 days of ordering is better than most UK suppliers. Keep up the good work

Ordered on tbe 21st july nothing has arrived yet and no update on tyres was told that a single partial shipment on my tyres had shipped on the 23rd july but still on the 4th august nothing has arrived

Delivery took a little longer than stated, but we are in the middle of a global pandemic, I also ordered over the bank holiday weekend. One day after the due date is therefore perfectly reasonable I also live in the Scottish Highlands. Delivery always takes a day longer. Best price for my tyres anywhere.

Delivery took longer than stated, but only few days longer so not a big deal. Very good price for good tyres, used again in the past and will continue to use in future, would recommend.
