I bought a tyre with them on 6th October, called numerous times and no one got back to me. It got to 15th October and it still had not arrived despite them taking the money, so I have now had to cancel it

excellent service. I purchased two tires online and paid via Paypal. delivered within 3 business days from Germany to scotland. DPD with tracking. highly recommend this company. They had best prices around. Tyres were brand new.

I ordered these on a recommendation from a van site. The price was good, and the website easy to navigate. The tyres arrived well packaged and on time. Very happy.

Very poor service, we ordered the tyres over a week ago, then to be told today the tyres would not be due for another week although confirmed they were in stock. When they answered it was for mytyres. That means both 123tyres and mytyres are the same company the customer service rep was professional and polite but do not fall for this people they take your money and you receive no items ..

Excellent tyres at the best price you can get, I saved at least £120 buying from 123 tyres. The delivery and communication is excellent as well. Highly recommended and will buy from again.

like the others I believe the 5 star reviews to be scams,
they look like they will take at least a week to arrive if they ever do, which is to late, I will have to purchase others and store them, if they ever arrive. as I recon sending them back and getting a refund would be fruitless, avoid this company if you want to use your car.

Ok... so I weren’t going to leave a review, but decided to based on reading other reviews. So my honest & unbiased opinion, despite my experience is that this place is a hit or miss. So keep that in mind. First of all, it’s NOT a scam. It’s just the customer service is not good, at all. To the point where some people might think it’s a scam. I ordered from 123tyres, paid for the tyres & was awaiting for them to dispatch the tyres. The next day, I received an email from them stating that they hadn’t received payment. So I checked my bank & saw the transaction in pending. Rang their customer service to be told payments been declined by bank. So I rang my bank but they said it’s going through fine, no issues. At that point I was annoyed & lost confidence in this company. So I asked my bank to cancel the pending payment. They said they can’t do this, I’ll have to wait it out. So I rang 123tyres, explained to them that the payment is going through as it should but they said it hadn’t. Then decided to cancel my order, which was confirmed in email. It took a whole week before the pending payment cancelled. Not a good experience, but some others have been lucky enough to have a seamless experience. Based on this, you decide whether you want to order from here or not. I should also point out that, I ordered from another site. Giga tyres. When I received the email confirmation, it occurred to me that it is a sister site. If you’re interested, check my review on them.

I ordered a motorcycle tyre from this webshop clearly advertised as being in stock, had to contact them a week later enquiring about delivery status as they took the money but never bothered to send anything else after, only to be informed that the tyre is not in stock anymore.
I must mention the tyre was still being shown as being in stock (but not for me probably as the price had been raised in the meantime).
It is an obvious scam, I would keep away from this dealer.

Needed a pair of Goodyear run-flats and ordered from 123tyres. They arrived just in time for my EU trip but I couldn't be sure that they would as the delivery information was vague. Didn't check how old they were yet. Premium tyre at good price
