The website is no longer functional, so it shouldn't even exist.
You simply can't make an ordet, so whoever is behind this has given up.

A terrible experience from this company! I was overjoyed to find an epen on their website which was out of stock everywhere else. I ordered several but they didn’t arrive, clearly they didn’t have them! I did manage to get my money refunded - but afterwards I was inundated with scam emails….coincidence? I don’t think so! I see the out of stock item is still on their website.

Receive my order next day even though I pay for second class very happy with the service we'll buy from you more products

4 cartridges received only 3. Ordered all in 2 gram cartridges got 1 gram cartridges charged for 2 gram. Can't get any reply from them. DONOT ORDER from them

Wrong item received, now contact emails are being returned saying it does not exist.

Total scam sent emails made phone calls nothing ,keep your money in your pocket done me for £100 be warned

Ordered a tank that was shown to be in stock from 123 Vape, should have read the reviews first! No sign of order after several days despite the promise of next day delivery on the website. Phone number did not work, eventually got an email from someone else saying they were dealing with order and it had been dispatched. On arrival the incorrect item had been sent, completely different tank than ordered. Contacted to advise and request correct order to be told they had upgraded my order for free. I explained that I wanted what I ordered not what was sent. I was told to return at my own cost to receive a refund and a contribution towards postage costs up to £2. I have no faith I will ever receive a refund so no point in returning. Out of pocket with a tank I will not use. Reported to trading standards! DO NOT USE!!

Purchased a vape pen from 123vape after I purchased I did read the reviews on trust pilot which made me think is this some kind of scam so tried contacting the company which is the only bad experience I had other than that my item arrived within 3 days in new condition thank you for your good service will be using this company to buy my liquid from

Please please spend your money elsewhere, this company is genuinely farcical. Having read the other reviews, my experience is obviously common, incorrect items, days for responses to emails, unwilling to provide refunds, etc. There are many good companies online to buy vaping equipment from, please don't make the mistake I did by using this unprofessional outfit.

Wrong product received. Their error has not been rectified because they have not answered my telephone calls, emails or text messages. My advice to anyone reading this review - DO NOT order from 123 Vape!!

I basically had to harass them to get the order moving, and then when it finally arrives it is the wrong order, despite having an invoice that proves what I actually ordered.

Although I did receive an item, (so I did not lose my money) I will NEVER do business with this company again. Poor customer service and they apparently don't care at all!

Update: they have now emailed me after my review to tell me they upgraded the order for free (which I did not ask for, niether was it what I actually ordered ) acusing me of saying I said I was out of pocket, (which I did not) and saying that my review is unfair. I won't be pressured into writing a good review when my experience was not a good one.

I ordered from this company on the 9 June and whilst I had all the paperwork through and an invoice, I hadnt received anything by 14th June. Started to panic when I read the internet reviews and the telephone number on the web page was dead.

However I decided to email the company(stated on website) and got an immediate response - told company under new management and my order now had a tracking number and had been sent out. Order received 15th June by Royal Mail - All in order.

I cant speak for other purchasers but in my case I'm very happy and I hope the new owners continue to put their stamp on this company and customers receive their goods.

AVOID - SCAM - i received the wrong epens and none of them are working. the company cannot be contacted!

The company advertised on their website has been struck off from companies house. Shame this is allowed to go on. You won’t get your product after parting with your cash. The good reviews on this site are clearly fake.(although I am pleased they have now been removed. Thanks TP)

Ordered Cirro eliquid, paid £19.98. They left a message saying out of stock and would send a substitute. I texted message to say I don’t want a substitute but a refund!
Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had a problem, incomplete order which they didn’t sort. After months of texting/emails I gave up, only did it on principle. They trade under several names. If I get a refund I’ll post another review - don’t hold your breath!

Yes, I also had a terrible outcome.
£200 of vape liquid ordered that I couldn't get anywhere else. When it arrived, it was not the same product, not the same flavour and ZERO nicotine conTent (I ordered 11mg).
In effect WORTHLESS.
And they're not registered for VAT, which is FRAUD, on top of that!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Like all the other reviewers say, this website is a SCAM. DO NOT order from them. I paid £55 for 10 boxes of Vype ePen pods that I couldn’t get anywhere else. Every single one of them is leaking/half the liquid is missing from each pod. I emailed them to complain. My email bounced back “no domain”. AVOID this website. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Absolutely awful service, none of the published numbers work and I have been chasing a refund for the wrong vape (much cheaper then the one I paid for) that they sent me randomly and which I sent back a long time ago. SHOCKINGLY BAD.
