Terrible scam company. Placed my order and waited like 3 weeks. Then I received an email from them telling me to follow a link to a site where I needed to send additional shipping cost. I didn't. What a bunch of bs. AVOID THIS SCAM SITE!

slow motion, I leave message for issue 4 times within a week, the issue was ---my order had arrive in 1688order warehouse but can't be shipped to me, because in "measuring " condition. After a week my order still under "measuring" condition. I don't know why they try to hold my order. How long will it take to measuring a samll item? ask them how soon they can ship your order before you pruchase,

I have used this website several times now and is much cheaper than other websites. I have personally been to their office and had a meeting with them to place large bulk orders. Im amazed at the number of products they have listed and the prices are incredible.

I bought some items from 3 suppliers, 3 weeks of waiting not even arrive to warehouse to make me a delivery quote for my products. I ask for a refund still waiting. Unprofessional cheap and untrained staff who don’t reply on time and not give enough explanation of next steps. You playing Russian rulete by buying from this website. Made an order for custom printed rolls of labels for my small business, the customer service was excellent. The rep was friendly, responsive and worked with us all the way through. The price is also really good compared to some domestic services.

They provide you with samples before printing out your order, and the shipment time for the completed order was very fast (about 1 week) considering it was shipped from china to the uk.

For working process for order with oversea feels so lost and hard. But 1688order.com Customer Service has storng feedback and follow up to suffort all my orders in right time.

They claim delivery duration is 30-60 days Big scam. It’s been 3 months I haven’t received my products. Some products like silver crest is advertised on their social media but can’t be found in their platform.
