attendo prelievo malgrado invio di numerosi e numerosi documenti -

da un mese provo a prelevare ma continuano a chiedere documenti che puntualmente gli mando e in tutta risposta ne chiedono altri. inviati: documento di identita, selfi con documento, prova di residenza, screeshot account skrill ed infine documento(passaporto) autenticato da un pubblico ufficiale. Ancora oggi, dopo tutto questo mi richiedono anche l'autenticazione della carta di identità dopo che mi avevano dato come scelta precedente di far autenticare patente, passaporto e carta di identità. Ovviamente mi stanno prendendo in giro per ostacolare il pagamento.

Alla fine dopo l'invio di numerosi documenti e una email di profondo disappunto. Oggi 29/06 Hanno pagato.

Blocked Account & €100k+ Winnings Still Unresolved After 5 Months

I have now been waiting for over 5 months for a solution regarding my blocked account and winnings of more than €100,000 at 1Bet

I have only ever had one account, yet my account was suddenly closed due to an alleged duplicate account. Since then, I have contacted support multiple times, but I mostly receive standard email replies and still no clear explanation or fair resolution.

The platform and games themselves are enjoyable, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I simply expect transparency, proper communication, and a fair review of my case.

I am still open to finding a reasonable solution that works for both sides. 1Bet already has all of my verification documents and information, so I hope they will finally come forward with a fair offer and bring this matter to a proper conclusion.

If a fair solution is found, I will gladly update my review accordingly

I tried many sites before but 1bet is one of the best out there. The support agents are very helpful they give you importance and if you are active your activity will never go unnoticed. not like other site that says the same thing copy paste response and annoyed all the time. If your looking for legit sites to play try 1bet you will never regret it. The only thing i dont like is withdrawal takes so long to process. If you withdraw ur balance dont cancel it to play cuz ull end up losing everything. I wish they have fast withdrawal like 1win takes only few hours so we dont end up losing it. I still recommend everyone to try them they are legit, very fun and fair.

I am extremely disappointed with my…

Update 01/06/2026:

1Bet informed me publicly that I would be contacted shortly. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received any response.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 1Bet.

On 26/27 April 2026 I explicitly requested a permanent self-exclusion and account closure due to gambling addiction. A few days later, I was instructed by support to contact another email address, which I did again at the beginning of May 2026. I clearly stated once more that I wanted my account permanently closed with immediate effect.

Despite these multiple self-exclusion requests, my account remained fully active and I was still able to continue depositing and gambling until 10 May 2026, resulting in significant additional losses after my original closure request.

I have since contacted support multiple times again, requested an investigation, requested my personal data under GDPR Article 15, and asked for an immediate permanent closure of my account.

As of today:
- my account is STILL active,
- I have still not received any proper response,
- and no meaningful action appears to have been taken.

For a company operating in the gambling industry, ignoring repeated self-exclusion requests related to gambling addiction is extremely concerning and, in my opinion, highly irresponsible.

I sincerely hope 1Bet finally takes this matter seriously and resolves it properly.

UPDATE (18/05/2026):

Following my Trustpilot review, 1Bet publicly responded and my account has now finally been closed.

However, I still have not received any meaningful direct response regarding:

* my repeated self-exclusion requests,
* my refund request for losses incurred after my self-exclusion request,
* or my GDPR data access request.

My main concern remains the fact that I requested permanent self-exclusion due to gambling addiction multiple times, yet my account remained active for a significant period afterwards and I was still able to continue gambling.

I hope 1Bet will now properly address the remaining unresolved aspects of this matter in a fair and responsible manner.

Worst experience in any betting site. Crazy deposit conditions, without any bonuses, I had to rollover my deposit 5 times. After doing the rollover, I tried to withdraw but nothing happened in a week. Customer service is very bad and probably bots and AI . DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY ARENT WORTH OF YOUR TRUST
