I called them to let them know that I fell really ill and have been undergoing rehabilitation after I lost my memory, speech and walking. I stopped working and had no income. I said I'm more than willing to pay the loan back and pay a reasonable token payment until I get back to work. They called my guarantor ( my sister ) and said these exact words" if he is ill or he died you going to pay the loan". Absolutely disgusting from 1 Plus 1 Loans. I would suggest people stay as far away as possible from them.

The application initially said I wasnt accepted. Then later I tried it went through successful. Apart from that its user friendly.

So far so good as it has been easy to fill information and simple to understand. Currently waiting for my guarantor to receive email in order to finish process.

I recently made an application and it was quite easy and was done in a very expedient manner.
Instructions were clear and efficient and I was impressed!
I would suggest you give them a try.
If they were able to assist me with no credit History then you will be happy you tried their services.
You wont be disappointed.

The loan application process has been straightforward easy so far and the interest rate on the proposed loan is reasonable when compared with the interest required by some loan providers in the UK

The application process was fairly straightforward to do and didn't take long to complete at all really. The need to access all of your banking apps is a little invasive but is faster than sending over and reviewing bank statements. So, everything was done and I was told to expect a phone call shortly to discuss the terms of the contract etc. I never received this phone call and neither did my guarantor.

After seeing applicants generally get their loan within 24 hours I decided to email them to get an update, to which I had no response, I continued to try and contact them over the best part of a week and I had no response.

I eventually decided to try Facebook as a last resort, I finally managed to get a reply from the company simply informing me I had not passed the affordability checks.

I'm not bothered by the fact I did not receive the loan as I knew this may have been a possibility, but the lack of professionalism from the company does bother me. All I needed was a text/call/email or even update to my account simply saying I wasn't getting the loan, I was instead left in limbo not knowing.

Very quick process so far, just waiting to for the final stage.
