So inflexible, with no common sense I would recommend people avoid this company. I had 1 missed payment and offered to clear this plus pay the next months payment early in 3 weeks time, which they said no to which seemed ridiculous.

Not clear information, they offwr a loan and than they want more and more information, account check, guarantor ...

They are absolutely horrendous unbelievably rude no help whatsoever couldn’t make a payment as I was of work with medical issues told them I can pay the following week and they wouldn’t do it insisted I had to pay on the day I managed to come up with the money made the payment once the payment was taken they then told me I had to make another payment the same day I’ve dealt with many loan companies but they are without a doubt the most useless unhelpful rude bellends I’ve ever dealt with if your looking to take a loan out with them TAKE MY WORD I’d rather be in debt then borrow from these guys !!!!!

Didn't tell me I needed a guarantor until I linked my bank account avoid

I'm giving one star none if I could!! Said my loan was accepted my guarantor was accepted. So I thought yes I can put all my debt in to 1 and not worry anymore. Told the company's I will be paying them off soon, to only be told last minute that I wasn't actually accepted and I'm not getting it!!! So I went from call us so we can release your funds to actually we aren't accepting you. Absolute disgrace of a company as if having a guarantor wasn't a bloody enough 😤 I've never felt so angry in my life!! Not normally angry at anything.

I hope that I have followed the correct procedure in applying for a loan with yourselves. And prey that I am excepted. Thank you.

I’m giving 2 stars because when it came to lending my money they were all over me, practically felt harassed Into getting the loan…. However that is what I wanted a loan so I can’t fault the haste in them giving me the money. What I am calling negative is the fact I was assured time an time again before I agreed to the loan that I could pay it back as quickly as I wanted and they said that was fine just contact them and they would give me a settlement figure so I could pay before the interest built up as it is extortionate! I have emailed and rang and emailed and rang!! I can’t not get hold of anyone for the life of me!! I have been asking for a settlement figure for months now and have not received a single response. Not even an email or message to say they have received my request and give them how ever many days! The company is very sus. I don’t dare go on the site and make upfront payments because I doubt they will adjust the figure accordingly and no doubt say I still owe! If you can’t run a business properly then I suggest you stop doing what you’re doing!
