I have had the opportunity to take a few surveys through this company that were quite lengthy and promised additional compensation beyond the standard 25-cent payment.

The first survey promised a $20 gift card within a specified timeframe. I completed the survey and patiently waited, but the gift card never arrived. I contacted support and was told they would look into the issue, but I never received a follow-up response.

The second survey was a 25-minute health survey that promised a $10 payment through PayPal. Once again, I completed the survey as requested, but I never received the promised payment. I have emailed support multiple times regarding this issue and have been completely ignored.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this platform. Promising incentives to participants and then failing to deliver them is misleading and disappointing. Participants invest their time in good faith and deserve to receive the compensation that was advertised. Until these issues are addressed and payments are honored, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

Same issue as the above two reviewers. At the end of a long survey, it "expired" at the very end. So they have my answers and I'm not getting paid.

You sent me a survey with 14 questions, on th OWN network I answered all of the questions then after answering the 14th question as required to be paid I was told the question is expired. So basically they stole my answers as I wouldn’t have answered them without payment.

I had the exact same issue as the reviewer previous to mine. I was given back to back very long surveys on I believe two consecutive days and both expired at the very last question. I did both surveys quickly to avoid this but they both still expired. I actually took the time to write to 1Q customer service about this issue and got a response denying any responsibility for the issue. I requested cancellation of my account if they weren't going to rectify the issue and they actually cancelled my account. Clearly they do not value their customers. Do not waste your time with their surveys as it now appears that perhaps they're using the data from the expired surveys but not paying the customer. I had actually been doing their surveys for many years without issue. The expiration issue is new and I would have thought that they would have taken responsibility for it but they ultimately did not when given the opportunity.

I'm getting tired of doing a survey the second it pops up on my phone and then after answering all the questions it tells me it timed out. I did one yesterday, one of the longest I ever had. It was like 20 questions about stores I shop at. After getting that far it tells me it timed out. And I know to do them really fast because this has happened before.

I am having trouble with my account to speak with customer service. I send two emails to see some one can help me reactivate my account on 1Q.

The surveys are quick and easy and payout immediately, however, you'll get a notification that there is a survey but half the time it will not load or the app has signed you ourt and by the time you sign in again, the survey is gone.

Get notifications but the question won't load. Brought this to 1q a few times continues to be a problem. They want to know date of problem I put Sept. 13 which was the latest but not the only time.

I enjoy this site . I don’t receive a lot of surveys, but the ones I do are very quick and interesting. The deposit goes directly into my pay pal account. I’ve been with them for about a year, and im very happy with the his site.

If you are happy making $2 (if you're lucky) a year, then 1q is ideal for you!

When a company claims to have millions of customers but only 12 reviews on the biggest review site and there instructions to get more surveys is to give them so much access to your device they can track your every move, I really don't know why they would have such a low rating lol.

Loads fine when I don't have a question. Get a new one, takes until the question is expired to load. VERY CONVIENIENT HUH 1Q?

I've had this happen dozens of times over the past few years. This app is dogwater.

I've been a member for a few years. This app pays out if you set it up correctly and I think some things might depend on geographic location. They pay you 25 cents PER QUESTION!!! So if a survey has 10 questions that's $2.50 and it goes to paypal immediately. There are not a bunch of qualifier questions. If you get the survey and get to it right away then you can do it and get paid.

If you set it up so that all the checks at the top are green you should get surveys. I get probably one a day. If I am not by my phone and miss the notification I miss it. This is one of the highest paying survey apps out there and it pays you well for your time.

Bunch of crap! Why don't they give this out to the rest of the world?

I didn’t receive the gift card

I have used the app a couple times now, and so far I have only received 4 questions. the amount of offers is honestly bad for a survey site, but it's honestly fast to do that it makes it worth it.

I used this app years ago and had not got too many questions. So I forgot about it and just came back to it. I remember why I got rid of it. Because they don't give you surveys. I get that there are factors in sending surveys based on location, ect. But to get nothing at all for months upon months on end. It is not even worth keeping it in my phone.

I've been with them for years. I constantly get texts and emails telling me to install the app cause they think I don't have it installed but I've never Uninstalled it. I've missed 4 questions cause I was never notified that there was a new question. I've gotten a total of $11.25 from questions and referrals. The referrals rewards are only $0.25 a piece but the questions payout the most when they do give you some.

Signed on to the app about 2 weeks ago and not a single question or survey has been sent to me. While I dont expect multiple questions daily I would have expected something by now. Two weeks without a single question to reply to doesnt seem right for an app that gets talked about on Youtube channels as a go to side hustle.
