This disgusting a**hole has been sorting out my parents boiler for 11 years. Recently we needed our boiler replaced. Rory purchased a boiler and did a s**t job at only hanging the thing on the wall. Pipes not installed correctly, WHICH COULD HAVE BLOWN UP THE HOUSE. Or death by carbon monoxide poisoning. Completely illegal fitting. Don’t understand how he is still certified, hopefully not for much longer.
Do not use. Avoid at all costs.

An update on my previous review. After many emails and texts from myself and family, we still have heard nothing from Rory. He cannot produce any paperwork to say he ordered a boiler nor will he give us the suppliers name. So, basically, he has taken £580 from us for nothing. He will not even agree to share the money for inconvenience. Do NOT use this company. Qualified he may be but honest and decent, he isnt

Rory attended to clean parts of a boiler as specified by a previous engineer at my rented property.
The tenant resident at the address said that there is no way Rory could have done what was required in the time there. Rory had to return as the problem wasn't resolved.
The main issue however was that Rory wanted £140 extra on top of the £390 already paid saying that he would need and fit a part required, but at no charge for fitting. I found the same part for £57, purchased at and requested that Rory fit it.
Rory made promises to attend and fit the part, but ignored all further contact so I had to arrange another engineer to attend.
I sent Rory an email to make a formal complaint and request that he pay the cost for me to pay a different engineer to fit the part, but he refused and offered no recompense.

I suggest that you do not use Rory as nice as he seems.

brilliant!! as a landlord of over 100 properties, Rory is brilliant and reliable and a lovely bloke, hard to find a good honest decent plumber in Bournemouth I would highly recommend Rory to anyone who wants a fast reasonable, honest plumber

Disgusting service, came wanted cash payment only, didn’t fix fault, can’t get hold of him anymore. Tried to contact him via the insurance company, they also had no success .
DO NOT USE.
If Rory should read this review all you have to do is answer emails and your phone, and come and rectify the fault.

Fitted our kitchen and a heap of other jobs involving sorting out some plumbing in the old sink and fitting our kitchen, really happy with everything and good price too.

Rory was helpful and efficient in fixing my toilet flush, immediately knowing the issue and how to fix it quickly. Reliable and fast service for a great price. Would happily use again.

As the owner of a small building company, I needed to find a reliable plumber for our contracts. I came across Rory and invited him to quote on a few jobs. His prices were very competitive, so went ahead and used him. He turned up on time and done a great job of installing a new boiler. Since that I have used him a few times for boiler installations and general plumbing works. Not had a problem with him, great guy.

Don’t use Rory- doesn’t come back for issues under guarantee once paid, asked for extra money during work process, no floor protection, no appropriate professional consultation prior to work causing safety issues etc etc. Avoid disappointment!

Rory came over to look at the gas fireplace with short notice, and then came and did it the next day. He is communicative, efficient and friendly and now we're getting him back to do the whole kitchen! Very reliable and definitely 5/5*
