1st Property Management And Services Reviews

Reliable agency. Ahmed and Ash were very helpful and considerate. Had a great experience, highly recommend🙏🏻

Great service

1 St Property is a very reliable agency. We had a very good experience renting one of their properties in Walthamstow . Thanks to Adam bhai and Ahmed Bhai.

Rude employees. I terminated my contract with FPT on the 10th of January because I had to relocate, I was told I will forfeit my deposit. I accepted that but now I noticed that I was charged for February because they are saying I gave late notice..my contract said I will forfeit deposit not charged for a month when I'm not staying at the residence.Angelique is so rude and gives one word answers on the emails

Ho visto un annuncio su spare room e Ahmed é stato disponibile e chiaro nelle spiegazioni. Anche il giorno in cui mi sono trasferito ci teneva a spiegarmi tutto con calma. Lo consiglio.

Been working with Ahmed for over a year, really impressed with his approach, particularly when dealing with tricky tenants. Has made the whole process much less stressful and I'm grateful for the time he's put into it for me.

Great customer service 👏

1 St Property is a very reliable agency. We had a very good experience renting one of their properties in Bethnal Green. They were always happy to help if there was an issue in the property and were very fast at solving every problem, from painting the walls to replacing the boiler. Everything in the same week which is something very rare to find in London, at least according to my experience. Thank you guys .

We were very happy with 1st Property, we used to live in one of the properties for more than a year and had a very nice experience. They had the property ready for us before we moved in and during the tenancy if there was an issue with anything in the property they took care of it within days. Thank you for everything guys

Recommend this agency! They helped us to find a perfect place for us, the service is really quick, it didn’t take us long to complete all the paperwork. The staff is friendly and down to earth, many thanks!

Best agent I have ever met. Great selling strategy, broad knowledge, super efficient, unexpectedly helpful and fantastic communication. Totally 5 star services.

I found this agency through spare rooms and could not recommend it highly enough. I had a hard time finding somewhere to live in London as an ex-pat moving from Australia. Ahmed made the process incredibly easy and comfortable - He found me a room and had all the approvals done before my arrival. Great experience and a great guy - Thanks, Ahmed! Tom

Really easy process and easy to contact. Would recommend

Great company and great service, and for every problem we had in the house they fix in less then a day. Very good
