!st Staff members are really good at finding clients for us to get started with work. They are intentional about taking our needs into account and considering them when it comes to the students that we work with. I love the flexibility and knowing that I am being heard.

I love working at 1st Staff! My area lead, Chris Dillard, is extremely encouraging and supportive. And when I do things well, I am appreciated. Other experts are always ready and willing to help out as and when the need arises. Admin staff and finance are also wizards at their jobs. Now that I have been working here for almost 2 years, I know the drill pretty well and when I do mess up, I am never judged, but reassured. So I feel motivated to do my very best to live up to the expectations.

I have worked for a few AP providers in the past and I have to say that 1st Staff are the best by far!
The management staff are always on hand to help and are proactive and organised when it comes to dealing with issues that arise.
The recording and reporting platform is easy to use it doesn't take unnecessary time to complete, and as a tutor, I am given the appropriate autonomy to deliver lessons and material to get the best from the students.
I would like to thank Yaron, Georgia and my area lead Nicola for making me feel welcome and supported and always being on hand to help when needed!

Very organised and professionally run. I think 1st staff put the pupils needs first and try their best to help in every way. There is a great amount of support for the pupils but also for the staff. They provide great resources and training.

1st staff are the first agency I have worked with and I am pleased to say that they’ve made this a pleasant experience. All staff members, including head office staff, managers and the team leads provide an excellent service as they are friendly, supportive and very accommodating. This agency is perfect for those who are looking for flexible work, especially those who need flexibility around school hours like myself, as the manager works with you to find a suitable student. I’m fortunate to be given the opportunity to work under two leads who are very supportive and kind enough to share their knowledge and wisdom enabling me to become the best tutor I can be.

I have been with 1st staff for 1.5 years now. I must say my time here so far has been great. The staff here, and my team leads are always very supportive. They have not just supported me professionally but have always been mindful when I have had family commitments or concerns. I have had several trainings here, and that has motivated me to do further trainings independently, to make myself more resourceful.

First Staff provide a professional service to its clients and is a well organized company. I enjoy working for them as they are friendly and supportive to work for and provide good resources and training.

I feel that I belong to a team who all play their part to the highest standards by providing a pleasant work environment that is always approachable. I am happy to work with them.

Have really enjoyed working with 1st Staff. My account manager Zak has been wonderful and easy to deal with, communication is second to none. My area lead, Ray, has been wonderful in helping me settle and training. Keep up the good work!

The teams at 1st Staff are always supportive of individual needs. Area Leads are knowledgeable and thorough. The finance team are quick to deal with any issue and the admin Staff keep everyone's training up to date. Guidelines and policies are easy to understand and are strictly adhered to. Any support needed is always supportive and thorough. An absolutely great team all round.

Good systems set up to record attendances and student progress. Ready made resources to fill gaps in learning. Friendly, supportive staff. Feel part of the team.

Staff are friendly and approachable. My manager is always on hand for advice or help. Great rates of pay and available work. They work hard to match you with suitable students.
