placed a bet on my own horse on 4th of March - my son also backed same horse. Horse came in - account was immediately frozen. They apparently needed to investigate this winning bet lol. They followed same path with my sons account. Both accounts had been verified prior to use. Long story short, over a 2 month period they asked for more and more methods of verification, which finished up with asking for a selfie with the email they had sent me visible on a device also in the selfie while holding a picture of a piece of paper with a code they have provided visible. It was at this point that i was certain that they were not going to pay out. The 2 amounts were 2800 & 2300euros. This site is not a genuine betting site. There is no legal recourse when a bookmaker will not pay pay out on a bet. Do not deposit funds here, should you be lucky enough to win money you are unlikely to be paid.

I registered to get the bonus (deposit €10 get €40). I deposited and bet the €10 as the ad stated, but received no bonus. When I contacted customer support, they gave me the BS that I needed to provide all information in my profile before depositing the money to get the bonus. They hid this information in a thousand-word document in small print, but their ads do not mention this.

It's a scam as others have said, they actively avoid paying the welcome bonus with excuses about email and phone not being verified - never seen the likes of it on a credible bookmakers.

I couldt withdraw money because of document required.
I signed up with my hotmail.com email. I sent an email but never reply.
And then i sent an email with my gmail they replied. They approved my passport. And then they said hold a paper sheet(some notes on it) . Okey i taken pictures. Sent them. Multiple times i sent them. But they replying ‘ you didnt sent any document’ but i have proof emails delivered.
