Hardest brand ever, been following since they started. I know this brand will blow up. Got multiple products always impressed.

Just got my order and all I can say is this is my new favorite company, I can’t believe this stuff is hand made.

Ordered an entire matching set and I’m so happy with it, it’s literally my favorite outfit I own and the quality is amazing. It was 100% worth the wait and I will be ordering again as soon as I get paid 😍😍😍

So ordered a pair of patchwork jeans from back in October 10th, 2021. So, I messaged them on Instagram saying I didn't get a confirmation about my order, within 1 hour or so they replied back saying it takes 1-3 weeks to make. I said to myself "Sure I can wait." I got my order delivered on November 17th. I got the jeans, but they weren't my size. The size I order was 30 and the jeans that was delivered to me was a size 34. I messaged again on Instagram saying they got my order wrong; they left me on seen and didn't reply. I check their profile to see if they blocked me, they didn't so there's still a chance. I messaged the owner of 2012co saying the same thing and, again, no response. I even emailed them saying they got my order wrong and that I would like to request a refund. The jeans cost 240$. Didn't get a reply back from them. Funny thing is, I emailed before about my shipment to see how's it going, and they replied. However, whenever I try to contact them about my order being incorrect, they shut up. And their privacy policy is not even done. Not to mention the fact they're a small knock off from a brand called "missingsincethursday.com". Only reason why I'm giving them a 2 star is because my order arrived.

Where's my refund?

November 30th, 2021, Update: They FINALLY replied to my email or should I say email(s). They said I can get a refund if I send the jeans back. I did and I sent them the tracking number. I checked the number, and it said it arrived. Now I got to nag them until I get my refund.

January 29th, 2022, update 2: A friend of mine commented on their latest post on instagram saying he's a scammer which is obviously true if you read my full review on this god-awful website. Within less than 5 minutes he blocked him

August 3rd, 2022: Sorry, I completely forgot I wrote this review, but I filed a dispute with my bank on the transaction back in February. It took them I think a week to get my money back. So, if you get scammed or send the product back and they don’t refund your order, just file a dispute. Trust me, it worked for me.
