20i - Web Hosting Reviews 

I have worked in IT for over 30 years and, during that time, have used a wide range of web hosting providers, including Fasthosts, IONOS and many others.
The level of support I have received through your ticketing system has been exceptional and is, without doubt, the best I have experienced from any hosting company.
The quality, speed and consistency of the support you have provided since I joined has been outstanding, particularly when compared with the significantly higher price I was previously paying. For a comparable account, I was paying around £500 per month, with far less flexibility in the contract.
To receive such a high standard of service at a fraction of that cost is genuinely remarkable.

20i offers a fantastic service, I have never had a single issue with their hosting and their customer support is amazing. I made the mistake of forgetting to downgrade my plan before the payment went out, Sam T immediately remedied the problem within less than 10 minutes of me submitting the ticket, alongside explaining the solution in a clear, step-by-step format.

Always the best support - I have been a loyal Reseller for over a decade with 20i and I will remain loyal as I have never had an issue with them, plus they have the best support technicians who are so helpful and have always resolved any of my issues.

I have used these guys for years practically since they were created. I have never had problems with them. Their service is above and beyond. I am nowhere near an expert but they were always willing to help me out. They are also very polite. Recently migrated The Leak Hunter from 20i Autoscaling WordPress Hosting to a Managed Cloud Server and the experience has been excellent.

The support team were extremely helpful throughout the migration and optimisation process. They quickly identified a DNS issue with Cloudflare following the transfer, helped investigate OPcache configuration, escalated technical questions to their senior team when required, and were transparent about what could and could not be changed on the platform.

What impressed me most was that support didn't just provide generic responses. They reviewed server configuration, made changes where possible, restarted services, and kept me updated throughout the investigation.

The migration itself was straightforward and the new cloud platform provides much greater visibility into server resources, PHP configuration, Redis and performance metrics.

A big thank you to Scott, Cory and the wider support team for their patience and assistance. It's refreshing to deal with a hosting provider that is willing to investigate technical issues properly and communicate clearly throughout the process.

Been with this team now 5 years plus, tried sevral other over the years, none comes to 20i help and service, on issues well beyound their scope of server help, like down website, help with missing code, anything you need to get your website back online, you dont need any developer once you host with 20i, as they go beyound their server help and understand a wide range or products and coding

Joshua A was an absolute lifesaver. I had my website taken over from my previous web designer, and it took me 12 months to finally get things sorted. I honestly did not have a clue what I was doing, but Joshua completely saved the day.

He transferred my website back to WordPress, helped me get onto the correct plan, refunded me because I had accidentally chosen the wrong one, and reset all of my passwords as I didn’t even have my login details anymore.

This has been a chaotic and stressful 24 hours, but Joshua managed to sort everything out for me in less than an hour. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for all of his help.

Been with 20i for a few years and been a "reseller" for many years back in the day since Webfusion,

20i is everything it should be and does exactly what it says on the tin. You pay your reseller fee and there are no nasty surprises or extras and everything you could possibly need is included. I've seen far too many other reseller companies hit you with extra for email addresses or features that should be included. But 20i gives you everything and their control panel is second to none.

Everything works as it should, it's fast, professional, and as a developer it makes life so much easier and I can give my clients a solid reputable hosting package with all the bells and whistles.

Tech support is fast although I've rarely had to use them. But always helpful and things get solved fast.

Can't imagine running my business without 20i to be honest.

I've been with 20i for around 6 years now, and they've hosted up to 100 of my sites in that time. I've never had any issues with downtime or speed, and any support I've needed over the years has been dealt with quickly and with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. I moved over from a well-known competitor where I was paying five times as much and dealing with constant issues, so I was really pleased to be recommended 20i I haven't looked back since.
