I deposited for the deposit bonus hit 2 bonuses of 3k ish on each on Monday, I was asked for documents Tuesday, it took 5 days to be verified and to get my 6k winnings, after reading all these reviews I did think I wouldn't ever see my money, don't let all these bad reviews put you off this site they do payout, as long as you have the correct form of ID and you completed the wagering they will pay, this was my first time singing up and depositing with this site, thank you 21 casino!!!

Just a very bad site! They offer you a bonus, but once you win, it will all disappear. There are so many honest and real casinos, why would anyone stay with this?

Absolute waist of time and money.. won over £1000 and refused to pay out.. nothing but a money grabbing company who likes to rip people of there winnings. Got through to customer services and they decided it was a error. So there fault but yet still wouldn't pay out. Then they decided to put my winnings in bonus account and wanted me to wager it by 33x so £33000 before i could withdraw.
