Timing
I kept a separate timer along with the timer provided online and they did not align. My timer was moving accordingly, but for some reason the one online was moving slower. That does not seem efficient or contribute to effective teaching methods. At least you're cheap.

The new learning management system has a built-in timer that is configured for each individual training module. The total time allotted for all modules totals 8 hours. The website will only capture a student's time and attendance when the site is on an open browser tab in the foreground.
We wish you would have reached out to us to address this issue as soon as you became aware of it in lieu of a low score review--we have staff available to troubleshoot any issues.

I think this test should be mandatory…
I think this test should be mandatory for all drivers when renewing their licenses. It’s good to review of legal and best practices because driving habits tend to degrade over time. An especially good focus of the course for me was on attitudes while driving.
