Same Day Dental Reviews

Very nice staff. Had trouble getting X-rays the way they wanted and took several more than I was comfortable with. Pushed deep teeth cleaning which was prohibitively expensive, over $1000. Wont go back.

I was in a lot of discomfort, pain and swelling due to an abscess tooth. Same Day Dental got me in right away on a Saturday night. They treated the infection and pain. They will be doing the extractions and dentures too. I am looking forward to seeing the results.

Everyone in there was so nice. I felt welcome, and I’m no longer in pain.

It is great if you are a truck driver with a perpetually varying work schedule. After 4 visits I did find one of their dentists I like and Dr. Beache did a great job on my crown.

Friendly staff and very patient dentist, he was absolutely sweet and made me feel less anxious

I walked in because I was having gum issues and liked the staff. Even though I’ve been going to the same dentist for years I decided to continue at Same Day Dental because I felt like they were giving me good care. The price seemed a bit high but I’m guessing that it’s similar to most office’s pricing.

Dr. Beache is very personable, professional and efficient. I was able to receive affordable dental work at the right price for my budget.

All around great experience! Very state of the art facility too!

The service was fine even with the wait. The reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because of the prescription process. After stating where i wanted the prescription sent twice it was still sent to the wrong pharmacy and to one that wasn't open when I arrived anyways. There was a risk of infection without antibiotics and even after calling back to have it changed, it took to the next morning to get it fixed. The dentist did not alert me to the change back and I wasted more time going between pharmacies.

Had an appointment and still waited over an hr to be seen.

Same Day Dental - Shadeland Location. Initially I was impressed with the service. We were able to make Saturday appts which were prompt. I was mislead in how many visits would be needed to get my Mother her dentures. But not problem. This Saturday, we had an 11am appt. walked in to a full waiting room. Sat for over 2 hours because they decided taking walk-ins over scheduled appointments was a good idea, when asked how long it would be, could be up to around 6pm... So an 11 am appointment is expected to wait until 6pm in the office to be seen. If this is the process, stop making appointments make all visits first come first serve. That is the worst customer service. Also ONE dentist for the whole office on a Saturday? The whole process needs to be revamped. Ended up leaving, along with many other people.

Nice employees, Very friendly.

The staff, including the dentist was excellent. I will definitely return. The costs a little steep is my only concern!

Had my wisdom teeth extracted with them and the whole experience from beginning to end has been very smooth. They helped a lot when I called with some questions about my recovery as I had quite the gnarly tooth removed.

Everyone was amazing! Made me feel very comfortable.

I like it . Will definitely go again, to pay off my remaining bill fees.

Good front house staff. Air Force dentist fast and efficient. Would recommend for every dental need. I’ve had cleanings and fillings and no complaints. They are good people

Fast and convenient and treated me like number one and told me what i needed to hear.i am very satisfied with the service thank you
