The gentleman that worked on my mouth was really nice and gentle with my mouth he came in and talked to and told me wat was all going to take place.

I had to have emergency tooth extraction. Was seen within 15 minutes was out of there in less than an hour. The cost was very reasonable I had to have a follow up that went extremely well very friendly staff I can’t say enough about the doctors.

8 pm needed broken moler removed.
8:30 pm x rays done told about price for impacted wisdom and broken removal.
9:15 pm the novacaine and numb.
All was ok until extraction. I felt like both teeth were ripped out of my mouth because they got busy. 2 stitches and shoved out the door. Pain meds and antibiotics where electronically sent. Wasn’t able to pick them up until the next day. It took 3 hrs for CVS to receive them. The pain had set in and was a ruff night napping.

I was in an excruciating pain and went in for an extraction but they couldn’t verify my insurance. Brought in my benefit certificate and summary, still it wasn’t enough to verify my insurance. If you open 24hours just for people with insurance to pay like they don’t have one, its not worth it. That’s complete extortion!!! Bad customer service as well

I give this place 5 stars because they deserve it! Very affordable, fast, and the customer service was everything! I'll definitely be going back.

Dr. Ansari and staff were very pleasant. Had no wait time (5am Saturday morning emergency) for excruciating painful toothache. Exam and X-ray completed. Pain and infection were addressed and taken care of and referred to Endodontist for root canal therapy. Pleased with emergency appointment all around. Thx!

Dr. Abdul was my Dentist and pulled a bad molar, very professional. Explained everything, painless procedure.. I've been to several Dentist in the past and experienced major pain.. I would recommend Dr. Abdul. Great job

I had appt. with Dr. Finney in Avon to have my upper teeth pulled for dentures. I was greeted by Sally who was very pleasant. I was taken back by Michelle who was super nice. Dr. Finney did not hurt me at all while pulling teeth and reshaping bone for dentures. I have had minimal pain. All I have had to take was ibuprofen once a day. I would recommend him to anyone. And everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful.

The only thing I would change is the ability to have access to nitrous for patients like myself who have a real fear of the dentist and HIGH anxiety!

I chipped a tooth one Friday evening, and my dentist's office was already closed for the weekend. My following week at work was very busy, so I didn't think I would have time to get an appointment with my regular dentist, and I was concerned about additional chipping over the weekend, so I searched Yelp for an emergency dentist and found Same Day Dental in Avon, IN, which was close to my house. Scheduling an online appointment was easy, and I got a text confirmation that my requested time was available. So far, so good. Upon arriving at Same Day Dental, the receptionist asked for my insurance info and ID, and I filled out some paperwork. I was told the wait was going to be around an hour, so I settled in to wait. I found it odd that when scheduling online or arriving at the office, I wasn't asked for a reason why I was there. There was one other person in the waiting room, and he was called back an hour after I got there. I waited an additional 20 minutes (so 1 hour 20 minutes from the time I first arrived), and asked the receptionist how much longer she thought it would be. She then said probably 2-3 hours! This was after the SAME PERSON told me it would be a 1-hour wait when I arrived. She explained that I was considered a walk-in, and those are handled on a first come/first served basis. There are only two patient chairs, and I guess only one dentist. I really wish that would have been explained to me when I arrived so that I wouldn't have wasted over an hour there on a weekend. I told the receptionist to shred my paperwork and I left. For a true emergency and endless time to wait, this might be a good option for someone. But I didn't want to waste any more of my time on a place that doesn't really seem to care about its patients.

I showed up and it was 4am. They were trying to sell me a plan when I had insurance and I was like I want to use mine I just didn't know the state so I felt i had to be more persistent to say no. Then the the doctor told me my son 4 years old needed a root canal and a cap. Said I needed to go to another dentist that deals with 4 years olds to give gas. He kept pushing the referral said no dont wait for your dentist. Well I waited till my dentist was in town and my son didn't need gas or a root canal just a simple filling. We did get antibiotics that the 24hr place said was needed and my dentist said it was unnecessary he didn't have any infections.

Don't waste your time or money here. Spent four hours waiting for them to look at a crown that came off. The dentist created a special form that she hand wrote on that said they would not be held liable if the crown came off. A week later the crown came off went to my dentist and was informed that my gum had grew over and there is no way to replace the crown unless I had my gum cutaway. My dentist said the other one should have never tried to replace the crown. A total waste of time and money.

Very nice ladies, dentist is friendly and explain everything he doing I had 2 tooth pulled I didnt feel a thing no problems afterwards.... Great job
