No comment perfect recomend this brand

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a shirt for my boyfriend for christmas and received nothing but a confirmation that they charged my card. Followed up with them a MONTH later for them to tell me what I ordered was out of stock. They then proceeded to not respond to me after I followed up to see if I could get a refund or a replacement. Had to dispute with my credit card because it’s been a month and a half and I haven’t been contacted or received the item.

The order always comes correct and in a timely manner (couple weeks as it has a long journey from australia to me). One time they didnt have something that i ordered but they contacted me to let me know and offered something else for free to make up for the inconvenience. I even received an extra shirt one time that i didnt even order that i wear all the time. Will continue to use this site as it has been reliable for me thus far.
No problems with this shop
After reading all those negative ratings, I was very hesitant to even buy from this shop. Luckily I did. I bought the t-shirt 6 days ago and today it arrived. It looks great and will be an awesome birthday present.
Postal Services were a mess but they were very helpful!
I ordered a Sleep Token hoodie, and I'm aware they're australian and I'm all the way up in the EU but this pattern wasn't available up here. I the order was shipped quickly but as soon as it arrived in customs here I heard nothing. After 3 months and contacting the postal service here I found out there was some issue with the barcode on my package that couldn't retrieve my information for customs (even though they emailed me, it was a whole can of worms but I don't think it was the fault of the store and more with one of the postal services). The customer service were very quick to respond, sometimes within a few hours, and they contacted the Australia Post twice for me. The package ended up being sent back to Australia again and they sent it back to me a second time since it was no longer available on the website. 7 months later I finally have it but they were as speedy as possible, very friendly and helpful to get the hoodie to me!

SLEEP TOKEN WORSHIPERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Yes the designs are beautiful, but they have so many issues with orders. -3 stars for:
1. Horribly messing up orders! They packaged orders in bags that fell apart easily and did not hold up during the shipping/ customs process. I ended up not receiving my order because it got damaged and lost in transit. They also mixed up orders! A fellow worshipper ordered Unisex Regular Fit T-shirt and instead received a Woman’s crop top! This is unacceptable and they need to work on their shipping and packaging/sorting process.
2. Slow communication, they did not respond or refund my lost order until I opened a case with my bank to escalate the situation
3. They misprinted 2 of the new album (TMBTE) shirts and shipped out to every order like that anyway! A lot of Worshippers have screenshots to prove it! The design was kept the same but they switched out lyrics on the shirt to replace it with the album title. This is fine and I would have worn it had I received it. HOWEVER, it’s not fine to be switching out designs last minute and not take responsibility for it.
Design changed mid production and not told!!
I pre-ordered a shirt which I was very excited about, as it featured a coded lyric that meant a lot to me. Unbeknownst to anyone who pre-ordered, the design was changed mid-production and not one of us was informed. So the tee went from having a rarely seen special lyric to a very generic one that is seen on a lot of the bands merch. I have emailed with screenshots and images of the item received and the original product page. I have not received a response and the company have since changed the product page which is incredibly shady!!
This is a breach of trade description laws and overall just very very bad business.
The only redeeming feature is that the item quality is good.
Very slow to deliver and reviews provide little confidence
20 days to post it and 5 days in the mail. Message says experiencing delays due to high volumes so why doesn't this business address this ? Given it is within Australia delivery time like this is pretty poor Just a 2 star rating only as I received the product and it didn't need a follow up. I did read the reviews after 14 days and wondered if I would see my purchase and won't be rushing back.

I checked the reviews before making a transaction with 24Hundred. Almost all of them said bad things. So, I challenged myself.
The result: ALL positive. The item (Carhartt Vest) came safely and correctly.
Am I just lucky? Maybe! Or maybe they've improved - nobody knows.

Non-existent customer service
Use to order through them all the time. Their customer service and shipping times have gotten progressively worse over the years. Ive repeatdly given them the benefit of the doubt and ordered mulitple times regardless but my last 3 orders have resulted in refunds as theyve never been shipped.
Last order i did i waited 3 weeks and when i finally asked for a refund after customer service ignored my requests for it to be shipped, processed it that day and apologised saying it had been 'incorrectly marked as complete'
Ive now given them another chance and placed an order about a week ago, not posted yet, sent an email asking why and I got told they are 'having issues with their shipping system'. Can they not just revert old school and post orders?
I feel like ill end up asking for a refund on this one too, and if that happens, ill never be ordering from them again.
Zero complaints
I have had a completely different experience with 24hundred, compared to others on here. I ordered the Beast Over Hammersmith record on the Friday and received it 5 days later. I did speak to their customer service, which they responded to straight away. I am very happy with their service and will be buying from them again
Product not shipped - pretty much a scam
I made a purchase on 16 May 2023, and 8 weeks later the items still haven't been shipped. The items in my purchase were all 'available' (apparently) - so there is no reason for an 8 week+ delay.
I contacted 24 Hundred via email two weeks ago asking for an update - and I have still received no response to this either.
Am not expecting to ever see my purchases, or my money on this one, again.

it's now the 2nd of June and they still have not been shipped.
I've used them years ago and never had a fault so something has gone seriously downhill.
Customer service is horrific.

Customer service is a complete joke
Customer service is basically non existent. I had to reach out to them to find out they were allegedly shorted stock so they had to cancel my order. This was a month after the band stated vinyl was shipping so were they not going to notify customers who weren't going to get their order and just hope they'd forget? They said they "processed" a refund and I'd receive confirmation. Didn't happen and I had to reach out again to only be told they couldn't process the refund because of the age of the order (it took over a year for them to press it), but they'd send it through PayPal which is how I paid. Almost another month now with nothing and they just stopped responding to emails.
Sending wrong items
Ordered a particular patterned vinyl and received the totally wrong one.
They will not respond to emails or live chat either.
There’s also no phone number to contact them.

The customer support here is disgraceful.
I ordered a vinyl with a slipmat and the slipmat & vinyl cover had manufacturing defects on both. When I questioned the customer support about it, the staff member named Jono basically told me it was tough luck about defects and how lucky I was that they even made the vinyl and slipmat in the first place, seriously guy?
Avoid at all costs
Ordered on 11 Dec for Christmas and was then told it would be here on 29 Dec. guess what, 3 Jan and still nothing. They do mot communicate very well at all and when you challenge them they don't respond to anything. Avoid this company as you will only be disappointed.
