The 24 options team now operate a boiler room scam, where they contact customers/victims & offer to get back your money via a crypto scam using a company named mining pool supposedly Hong kong based,& pretending to be uk solicitors etc.
They have hidden assets in crypto of 4million pounds.someone needs to report the individuals to HMRC!

I faced major challenges with this company, because of their customer support, but I have to praise meazontrël_ who was crucial in assisting me.

I got scammed over $1000 I put in this,I started off with $200 for the minimum and it traded them I couldn't make a withdrawal and they said I had to pay $1000 for signal and I did it took me weeks to save up and I put all of my money on it to make a withdrawal and then they wanted more money to trade cause I couldn't make a withdrawal,it's just the biggest scam ever

They are rip off artists who use your funds as a lever to obtain more cash out of you, I've got £29k in funds with them, and have paid the fees they wanted including UK tax and transfer fees, every fee I paid they told me funds would be in my wallet in time range from 30 minutes to 3 hours. One of the fees I paid was £1020 for a refund back fee? On payment I was told funds would be sent to my wallet in one and half hours, I again asked them if there were any more fees, I was assured that no there were no more fees, within an hour they gave me another fee of £1020 they had paid £78.12 into my wallet and this £1020 was to "clear my wallet" so why didn't they pay the £29k into my account, I had to ask on multiple occasions just to get the name of the company. I spoke to the manager who is just as bad as the staff, pay or else the UK government will take your funds, again using the funds as leverage to get more money out of you, it didn't matter that for 2 days the company had lied through their teeth, don't not work with them, going to see about going through their regulatory body to mount a complaint as 24options don't want to know

Be careful folks, the whole service is a complete scam, even the reviews you see here are mostly scammers trying to advertise their way of getting back your money if you have been scammed by 24options, so from a scam to another scam.
These people were calling me 3-4 times a day trying to convince me to trust them with my money and how big their company is potentially from buying stocks with them I will be a millionaire lol (if only).

Feels like i ve been scammed cancelled my account

I have lost my money on 24 option and read a review on here about a women called Li Sandra, many people said she had helped people get money back. I contacted her, she is based in Louisiana. I invested 1,000 pound and made 50,000 dollars. I thought that was good as I purchased but coin and transfered In the wallet address she gave me. She then traded on FX. After two weeks she told me I can withdraw the amount now. But she told me I have to pay the Tax of 20 percent. That’s when I knew that it was a BIG SCAM. I don’t her if I can talk to her on the phone she said she don’t take calls. As she is busy with clients via what’s app. After she managed to answered and it was a black origin women who hardly could speak English. The background noise was loud as if children running around. She will always tell you how if you don’t trust her she gets upset as she claims to be so genuine and wanting to help people. She said all she wants is 10 percent of your profit. But the money she makes from so many people is unbelievable. + 01 (504) 894-8500
I think she is going by a different name now so PLEASE BE WARY and ask about the TAX which no one should pay before hand. MRS ANTONY is also maybe her. So please everyone just check what tax needs to be paid and when. And ALWAYS talk to the person on phone.

24option are full of promises but definitely DO NOT deliver on any!!Whatever you do in life please please don’t waste your hard earned money on investing in such a company that claims to be legitimate with links to a high profile football club such as Juventus FC.
Their customer service phone number at no time is ever answered which I assume is in a small village in Turkey going by the address their website is attached to!!

This is my honest experience. There are a lot of untrue recommendations online but because i haven't worked with all of them, i can't tell you which ones are untrue. I won't block another person's source of livelihood when i am not sure. I have nothing to gain from this as i am just showing appreciation to the team that got me out of the ugly mess i was in. If you lost money to scammers, you can get every bit of it. Check my profile/bio to get the peace of mind you deserve.

24Option.com hard to reach after they’ve had your deposit!
Easy to deposit, best company in the world
On the phone in seconds when you show an interest...deposit converted into € meaning £250 became 250€, not exactly correct by my calculations, they never answered any calls and never responded to messages after that. Was told my ‘Senior Trading Manager’ would be in touch in an hour...zzzz (2days)
They use Harry & Megan as references and are registered with the FCA blah! blah!
On hold 1hr 56min and waiting ....

Rubbish Front for Milking Victims
I fell for this totally rubbish scam and ended up losing 60k € and for the second time, i had to commission the service of grymrkt.strikingly; cost me less time more straightforward than any lawyer fees, but cost me all the same. Don't fall for their tricks, you might not be so lucky.

C R A P service, lost 10K GBP.

Based on a consultant (who turned out not to be qualified or accredited), we lost more than 30,000 euros due to poor advice (you are encouraged as a layman to invest in so-called safe shares that suddenly plummet mysteriously) and lack of support. During trading or. selling stock suddenly the system 'freezes' (very coincidentally), and as a result, you as an investor are unable to do anything until after 20 seconds or your shares sell at a much lower amount than you wanted - only creating cashflow for 24Options.

We have tried to close our account several times (3-5 times), but this was not possible and not at all user-friendly. Then this and that form still had to be submitted, as well as passport photos in specific format etc. If you then decide to leave the account it for a little while as they so discourage you from closing it - as we did - then the account is declared 'dormant', whereby they simply transfer 500 euros from your account to them each month without notifying you! and with no ability to pay it back, as it is in the very fine blueprint of their terms and conditions that (almost) nobody cares about to read through...

They make it very difficult for you to close the account and transfer the remaining money to your normal bank account.

In short, stay far away from these scammers.

And by the way, if someone from 24Options reads this - maybe you could gather some courage and actually call us, instead of doing everything via support email! if you actually respond to our requests at all..

i have just bin scammed out of £500 investing in 24 options is a con my account manager was called mark stevensfx he approaches you on instagram then theres rich field who he sends your details to does anybody no anyone that can help i am a single mother raising my 2 sons my oldest son being disabled im just trying to make a better life for them and you get ugly people conning you i informed the 24 option and there trying to say it aint them yet i have emails from the 24 options team

Better to stay away from the 24option platform, if you do not make movements in a month they will dry up your balance! Scandalous and shameful!

Happy to share my experience on how I was able to recover all my stolen funds with a scam broker.

The company have hidden fees that are not explained EVER at the beginning (by the way, they charge you 10 pounds a month after the first month and £50 on each withdrawn (PLUS they get a percentage over your trading).
Nobody told me that, to talk with the "account manager" is wasted time, they just ask you to put more money in.

Use ANY other company ...
