25karats.com Reviews

I had shopped around for a few months to find a bezel ring that would snugly against my existing wedding band, but I couldn't find one. 25 karats had one that I liked, so I emailed them to see if some adjustments could be made. They were quick to respond, came up with a plan to make the ring work, and did it all within my modest price range.

The ring was perfect, it fit perfectly, and worked perfectly with my existing band. I would not hesitate to work with them again - what a great experience.

I was looking for a custom design ring and came up with 25karats.com. The custom ring specialist was very helpful at every stage from drawing the sketch to the final product. They informed me at the end each process and ask for confirmation.
I am very happy and satisfied with the ring they created for me. They just made my dream come true!

We are so happy with the wedding band set we purchased! They are so beautiful. I wish I had bought my fiancé's engagement ring from 25karats.com, too. They have a huge selection of wedding bands and they are way cheaper than retail stores. I will definitely recommend 25karats to friends and family members.

I bought an engagement ring for my fiance and it was perfect. Customer satisfaction is at its finest,

My husband was looking for an unusual band ring but both my husband and I were very skeptical about ordering such a high ticket item online. He found one he really liked on 25karats.com and called to ask some questions. He was given a lot of information and was encouraged to visit the office in Manhattan. We had a planned trip to NYC, but not for many weeks, however the day we arrived, they had all our information and a sample of the ring ready to show us. We ordered on the spot. The ring was delivered to our door, very securely packaged in less than a week. It is absolutely beautiful and has received many admiring comments from family and friends. I highly recommend 25karats.com and will not hesitate to make a future purchase.

We visited 25karats office in Manhattan to see some sample rings. I and my fiancee knew what we wanted: something simple but also eye-catching. And she wanted diamonds while I wanted something plain. 25karats his and hers rings offered many beautiful options we liked, all available in palladium. 25karats staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered our questions patiently and gave us some recommendations. After seeing the rings and talking to jewelry experts, we made our minds. We waited only a week to receive this beautiful set. Gorgeous in every aspect! Craftsmanship, diamond quality, the shine... And they came in lovely wooden ring boxes too. We are delighted by our experience and will definitely recommend 25karats to all our friends. 25karats has now one more loyal customer!

The most beautiful ring I've seen is now on my finger and I'm the happiest girl in the world. My husband customized an anniversary present from 25karats.com and it is stunning!! The design is unique, sophisticated, time-less, and very eye catching all at once. The band is surrounded with dainty diamonds and centered around a beautiful aqua marine stone. I am blown away by it's beauty....it's one of those thing that you notice people looking at and are very proud that it's yours. I very highly recommend this website. I am more than satisfied with the craftsmanship of my ring and my husband said that the service he received was exceptional. All around 5 star experience!!!

This is my fourth purchase at 25Karats and it will not be my last. I purchased two items as is off of the website (a diamond and a setting) but I had a setting designed completely and the other setting was modified to fit my size and shape stone. Customer service is outstanding! I received each item one to two days after the order was processed and shipped. You can not go wrong with 25Karats. This is my favorite place for jewelry!

25karats.com is a super user friendly website with many unique styles. The prices are very reasonable when you compare with the other sites. I got a confirmation call just 5 minutes after I placed my order! That made me feel very special and also comfortable. I love my ring from the moment it arrived. I have a couple of jealous colleagues already!

I bought a wide wedding band and initially the ring was too small. I called the customer service, they were very polite and I got the return instructions right away. They resized my ring at no cost and they delivered it in just 2 days. Good company, quality products.
