Delivery agent DPD total failure and terrible customer service
Your delivery agent DPD claim they tried to deliver on the 5th but the photo evidence showed somewhere that isn't anywhere around here. When I contacted them they asked for our What3Words location saying they would try again the next day but when I chased them on the 6th because I'd not had a delivery window mesage they said that they'd just returned it to you as undeliverable. You had the correct address, it was just them not following instructions. FYI out What3Words is:-
quitter.guards.rummage
I'd be grateful if you could resend my order

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you’re enjoying the product, but we don’t sell any hair products, so this review appears to be for a different company. Many thanks for understanding.
Smells lovely but didn’t work
Smells lovely, however used this for a month and saw little to no colour change. Used a different cream from another brand today with no bronzers and instantly was significantly more tanned. Personally just didn’t work for me, won’t be buying again.
