The clinic changed with a new owner and the healthcare is so good and the caretaking is really unique. My girlfriend had her ffs surgury done here and Dr. Oelbrandt really did an amazing job and was really telling us in detail how the procedure would be going. The aftercare couldn't been better, and a lot of hospitals could learn from this place on how to take care for their patiënts. Nothing but love for this place and i recomment clinic2pass highly to everyone.

I underwent a hair transplant at 2pass Clinic (O2 Clinic) in March 2025. I chose this clinic because it presents itself as a leader in transgender care and feminine hairline restoration.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing and emotionally distressing. During my consultation, I was quoted for approximately 3,500 grafts over 7 hours, specifically to feminize and round my hairline following previous facial feminization surgery (FFS) with another surgeon who does not perform transplants. However, my operative report later revealed only 2,800 grafts were implanted, and the procedure lasted just over 5 hours. I was never informed of this reduction or asked to consent to it, and the total price remained exactly the same, no adjustment was made despite performing fewer grafts than agreed. I was also told that another patient had been waiting for 20 minutes while my procedure was still ongoing, which led me to believe my surgery was rushed to fit their schedule.

The operative report lists the technicians only by first names “Vedat & Firat”, with no surnames or professional credentials, making it impossible to verify who handled the procedure or whether they were licensed medical professionals. This lack of transparency is highly concerning for a medical clinic.

After the procedure, I reached out several times to express concerns about the scar coverage and shape of the new hairline, which did not reflect what had been discussed. The scar is still visible due to the minimal number of implanted hairs in front of it, essentially just a thin line of coverage. I have a very healthy donor area, and I cannot understand why they insist that my desired results were “anatomically impossible.” It feels like an excuse to justify underperformance and over-scheduling. Rather than acknowledging that my surgery may have been rushed, they shifted blame on my anatomy, which I find both untrue, dismissive and ultimately bad faith.

My emails were ignored for weeks, and I eventually had to send a formal legal request to access my medical file under Belgian patient rights law and GDPR. The clinic finally replied, not with support or accountability, but with a threatening letter warning me about “defamation” if I shared my experience publicly.

The outcome has been disappointing: the transplanted hairs are coarse and curly, contrasting with my naturally straight hair, and the scar area remains visible.

As a transgender woman, this has been painful, I trusted this clinic to help me feel more comfortable in my appearance, but I left feeling unheard, rushed, and dismissed. I am sharing this so others, especially trans women seeking hairline feminization, can make fully informed decisions before choosing where to place their trust.

Dr Bart was somebody you matched with or not.
I am very happy with the care and the results I received.
It bothers me to see these negative reviews linked to 2Pass, almost 2 years after his passing.
If you didn´t connect with Dr. Bart that is sad but not a reason to be so negative and especially not a reason to keep on evaluating the entire team / clinic this way 2 years after Dr. Bart has left this mortal coil.
I would actually consider it fair if trustpilot would reset the ratings of 2Pass since they are solely based on experiences with a person on longer alive

Dr Bart and the whole of the 2pass clinic were incredibly professional, caring and kind. Dr. Bart was always willing to answer any questions that I had, and was there to reassure me when I needed it.
Staying at the guest house during my recovery was one of the nicest experiences. As soon as I stepped into the clinic I felt incredibly at home and looked after. All of the staff were caring and always around in case I needed help. I felt very safe.
Petra was amazing and went above and beyond to look after me and my mum. I will always have incredibly fond memories of
Petra and everyone at the clinic, and I am grateful for all of their help getting me through this big step in my life.
I am now 2 weeks post-op and I couldn't be happier with my results. The work that Dr Bart has done has surpassed my expectations! I am so happy with my results, and surprised at how quickly I have healed.

Habe jetzt einige sehr sehr schlechte und zufriedene Patienten erlebt, die auch berichteten, dass nicht fachmännisch nach der Struktur der Haut und Knochen gearbeitet wurde. Über taube Gesichtspartien berichten sie wie ständig Entzündungen während jahrelange Behandlung immer noch da sind.

Aber auch einige gehört, die sehr zufrieden waren. Im übrigen in der Abteilung FFS sind keine mehrere Ärzte sondern nur einer (wie kann man schreiben dass da mehrere Ärzte sind? )
Man berichtet das keinerlei Versicherungen abgeschlossen werden für Fehlverhalten.

Die Gästebetreuung .,(wird berichtet) ist eigentlich immer nur sehr gut, Eine Kettenrauchin betreut recht gut... Die Korrespondens mit der Terminvergabe und Probleme mit allem, sind sehr sehr Verbesserungs dürftig. Eine Schulung wie man mit Patienten umgeht und mit Gästen würde ich hier dringend empfehlen.

Wer da schreibt, dass die Zimmer komfortabel sind, also wenn das nicht das Personal schreibt um das schön zu reden.. Es ist nur ein Massenbad vorhanden... Manche Zimmer haben überhaupt gar keine Toilette... Mit den Kältepads, die bereitstehen für der Wunden bzw geschwollenen Gesichtspartien..werden nie desinfiziert ,die steckt man einfach in eine Kühlschrank, mit einem Fach seines Namens, und wenn die Kältepads wieder gekühlt sind, kann man sie wieder verwenden (von Desinfektion keine Rede)

Und es gibt auch in Europa andere Kliniken die wesentlich größer komfortabler sind...

Wenn dich jemand beschweren will da gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten..

Da gibt es in Brüssel eine Beschwerdestelle für Ärzte aber auch gibt es ein ob man in Antwerpen man muss diese Personen nur Anschreiben es ist eine staatlich geprüfte Beschwerdestelle der Ärztekammer Belgien.. laut den Berichten der Ärztekammer Belgien sind die wesentlich strenger mit Ärzten als in anderen europäischen Ländern...

Last year, I had facial feminisation surgery at @ 2 pass clinic. I had this because I’m a trans woman and felt it was necessary for me. After the surgery I had a few complications; 1) nose becoming beak shaped only a few weeks after 2) a big lump on my forehead 3) lost sensation in my chin/corner of my lip 4) swelling around my eye that wouldn’t subside.

I brought this to my surgeons attention and he said he’d look at it at my post op appointment 4 months on, and promised if he can fix my complications then he will (this is the clinics policy). He Skyped me prior to this and told me there is ‘no reason to be depressed’ and that I am still a ‘pretty girl’. However, this didn’t sit well with me as after paying him €25,000, there shouldn’t be this many issues regardless of if I’m ‘pretty’ or not.

I suffered badly with depression because of the complications. I was a mess, and unfortunately, ended up in hospital after an OD.

Post Op appointment came, and as soon as I pointed out my concerns I was nothing but verbally abused, shouted and swore at. I was told it’s all in my head and that I am mentally ill. Bare in mind, this man ONLY operates on trans women who all experience body dysmorphia to some degree, so to blame it all on that and say it’s all in my head is horrific. He is a surgeon. He has a duty of care to carry out and this was absurd.

I was completely humiliated and heartbroken. I could never trust him to perform revision surgery after this, and of course he refused to refund me anything. So after years of saving, I had no other option but to save for MY OWN revisions unless I went to him, but again, how can I?

I have since had revision surgery with another surgeon, and am so happy with his work. He told me I had a case of polybeak deformity with severe alar retractions and scarred skin from my original nose surgery.

I still have the lump on my head as well as no sensation in my chin, which is most likely a result of nerve damage

Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden. insbesondere mit dem Ergebnis. Unglaublich was Dr. van de Ven leistet. Vor der OP gab es ein ausführliches Vorgespräch mit dem Dr. wo ich die Möglichkeit hatte meine Vorstellung und Wünsche zu äußern. Dr. Van de Ven hat sich dies aufgeschrieben und auch letztendlich sehr gut umgesetzt. Ich hatte eine sehr umfangreiche Operation mit Stirn-Rekonstruktion, Rhinoplastik, Liplift, Augenbrauen-Lifting, Adamsapfel und Kinn. Ich hatte bedenken dies alles auf einen Schlag durchzuführen, was sich im Nachhinein jedoch alles richtige Entscheidung für mich rausgestellt hat. Die Schmerzen waren sehr erträglich. Es war jedoch sehr unangenehm ein derart fragiles Gesicht mit den ganzen Wunden zu ertragen, jedoch habe ich es mir schlimmer vorgestellt. Ich bin nach der Operation, für eine Woche, wie empfohlen in der 2pass-Clinic geblieben Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel, die Krankenschwestern sehr freundlich und zugewandt. Und es gab noch eine 24 Stunden Ansprechpartnerin, die sich ebenfalls sehr um mich kümmerte.
Ich kann die 2passclinic und insbesondere Dr. van de Ven nur empfehlen und würde mich jederzeit wieder von ihm operieren lassen.

I would not. recommend 2 PASS, I paid money for a quote from DR BART. His reply was so rude and actually really upset me deeply! In the email reply to the photos requested he actually mocked several of my features. I immediately replied disgusted by his comments! I demanded my fee back! I got no apology for his rudeness, just a refund.

I would not recommend him AT ALL or 2 PASS! I am glad now I did not go here, after research online, it seems a few patients have been botched by Dr Bart and he has several lawsuits and/or pending against him!

When I first heard about Dr Bart Van de Ven I was happy to find an affordable surgeon, and on first impressions i was took in by the act and felt fairly comfortable with him.
Until the Surgical simulation I had bought the service based on was mysteriously missing when i arrived the day before surgery, this meant we had to come up with a new simulation on the spot. This simulation was rushed and fair inferior to what i had paid for, furthermore this con had occured just before surgery so i was unable to walk away at that stage without losing the money i had already paid. So I was already trapped into getting a poorer surgery to begin with, and from there problems escalated.

Which was suspicious in of itself, no refund for the anesthesia costs was issued (roughly 2000 Euro),
I felt already that many of my issues still remained, the largest was my forehead and my jaw, my jaw was unchanged, and my forehead felt even bigger even underneath the swelling.
It later turned out rather than perform a type 3 forehead reduction the area above my browbone had simply been filled in by bonecement.
And no effort was really made to effectively feminize my face. An issue that still remains to this day.
Trying to get this particular scammer to admit to mistakes is like drawing blood from a stone. And an unfortunate sense of overego and narcisitic arrogance hampers his ability to have an effective business without further dishonesties.
One noteable thing to take into account is the Realself page, nearly every legitimate negative review is requested to be taken down, many remaining positive reviews are clearly written by staff and multiple accounts exist for both Mr Van de Ven and other staff members, clear enough to see as they are linked to other reviews or comments revealing their identity, To date there are roughly 81 reviews left up, with enough negatives to seem legitimate. This should already ring alarm bells, no successful business over that amount of time would have so few reviews unless some where being removed. So you must ask yourself, what are you not seeing.
In addition to this level of deception and on the subject of things not seen, following a CT scan by an independent clinic, the following procedures were not performed Forehead reduction type 3, hairline advancement, sliding genioplasty, jaw reduction.
The only two surgeries performed were rhinoplasty and upper and lower lip fat grafting, despite my assertions at wanting a lip lift.
Reviews like these are hard to find before they try to decieve you again so I hope this reaches you before it is too late. Unfortunatly the awful things heard about this doctor are true, he's a present danger to the community and it's a profit only business. He hides and ducks from lawsuits and does not seem to learn from the times he is sued.
Stay as far away as you can,
The guarantee's on the website "to pass" or money back are false, I've even been fortunate to recieve an email stating blatently no surgeries are refunded.
They won't listen to accounts from real life, accept photo or video evidence to accept you still do not pass and over email become extremely abusive, you won't be looked after or listened too
Stay miles away. Pay for a legitimate surgeon
And take care to not end up like me.
All I wanted was a refund to go and have the work fixed, but my money is more important to them than the result.

Er hat mein Gesicht für mein Lebtag.. verunstaltet... vorsicht ist Geboten..keiner weis wen man verklagen kann.. Post an Besitzer kommt immer zurück..da kein Impressum mit Besitzverhältnissen da ist..er scheint ein Betrüger zusein..der alles daran setzt,,das er nicht verklagt werden kann...die Bilder anbei sieht man wie ich verunstaltet wurde..nach der 3ten Revision wusste er nicht weiter u nun weigert er sich die Patientenakte heraus zu geben..damit Ärzte helfen können.. Er scheint öfters Leute zu verunstalten 0 wir bekommen dauernd E-Mails das er als butcher und skrupelloser Mensch.. bezeichnet wird.. und wir sollen helfen dass wir diese Adressen sofort melden... Klar wenn er sich nicht seinen Untaten stellen kann..hat der keine Ruhe mehr im Schlaf.. Denkt nur an seine dicken Porsche u Autos, und seine Immobilien und Barvermögen..

well he saved my life I was very unhappy and felt like an outsider and felt like the hole world was looking at me, my eyebrow bone was massive and with a heavy jawline I felt uncomfortable in society..

after many talks and A consolations with dr bat van de ven I was very happy and ready to start my new life..
without 2pass clinic I believe I would have be dead as I was suffering so bad with body dysmorphia and after hours of surgery I was happy and looking more like my self .

The team was so friendly and made me feel right at home .
The guesses house is so nice and clean and the staff there help you every step of the way even if it’s just a friendly chat there’s always someone there to be your friend why you take the step into your new self .

Thanks 2pass for all your help and ongoing support 5***** all round from me I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!

Ärzte in Deutschland haben seine verpfuschten "Werke" als Körperverletzung deklariert - Probleme, welche sich daraus ergeben, werden in Deutschland nicht von der Kasse bezahlt!

LEIDER, LEIDER AUCH GRENZÜBERSCHREITEND ZUTREFFEND!
kein deutscher Arzt will sich Finger und/oder Mund verbrennen!
Teilweise liegt es einfach nur DARAN, dass er kein entsprechendes Werkzeug (Preis: 40,00 Euro) hat! Ein Arzt, welcher unpassendes Werkzeug benutzt und seine Kunden irreparabel geschädigt hat!
Ein Arzt, welcher Veränderungen ohne Wissen/Zustimmung der Kundinnen/Kunden (während der Narkose) vorgenommen hat, welche nur durch Zufall bekannt wurden, als bei den betroffenen Personen Komplikationen aufgetreten und diese im Heimatland zum Arzt gegangen sind.
Die deshalb notwendigen “Nachbesserungen” haben ebenfalls neue Probleme hervorgerufen - weil - unpassendes Werkzeug benutzt und Schrauben deshalb schief und krumm, zum Teil ins Weichgewebe, geschraubt wurden.
Die Folgen: dauerhafte Entzündungen, Schwellungen, Ödeme…
Einige dieser unerlaubten Eingriffe haben zu einem höheren Infektrisiko geführt weil z.B. die Knochenplatte, welche das Gehirn vor dem Nasenbereich schützt, teilweise weggeschliffen, ein direkter Zugang geöffnet wurde, was eine Meningitis zur Folge haben kann, sobald ein bakterieller Infekt des Nasenbereichs auftritt.
Lasst Euch nicht davon täuschen, dass diese Fälle öffentlich nicht bekannt sind!
Ihr müsst ja unterschreiben, dass Euch bekannt ist, dass Komplikationen auftreten können - diese werden jedoch nicht definiert, sodass der Arzt immer sagen kann: sie haben ja unterschrieben!
