The compression tights I received arrived with a seam coming apart where my legs meet after a single wear. I contacted support multiple times over several days and never received a response beyond an automated acknowledgment. I also tried reaching their Australia department, thinking the US email might not be monitored, still no reply. There is no phone support; calls go straight to voicemail.
The product itself seemed good quality, which is disappointing, because a 12-month warranty means nothing when there's no customer support to actually honor it.

My experience with 2xu has been one of uncertainty.
I ordered from them and had an issue. This lead to me emailing and reading reviews and being left uncertain of the outcome. With customer services it did take, what seemed, a very long time to get back to me. But once they did the problem eventually got resolved.
Why I’m writing this is so that people are aware there is a delay in response but they did revolve my issue and I got my refund issued. I have since ordered from them again and had to return. The return took ages but it was refunded. Very happy with the items I have and the fact my issue got resolved. However, I would have liked it resolved quicker.

I followed the size guide which they provided and just got delivered that item. First of all, the colour on the website doesn’t seem to match the item i received. It’s way dark colour on website. I normally use medium size but according to their website size guide i found small to be the right fit so i bought that and now they are refusing for return and refund. I should of bought from Amazon rather than this crap website. I will never return back to that brand and website again.

Love the gear. However…….i ordered some stuff and before it was delivered it went in the sale. So I then have a choice…1) re order it at the lower price and send the 1st order back or 2) ask for a credit. I did the latter and they said no. Then they blamed “poor Ai response” and said yes. They actually sent me a voucher to spend (more) on their stuff.
Then it happened again and they then refused to offer a credit or a credit voucher. In fact they told me they would now cancel the voucher they had already sent me as I was going to send stuff back.
This is shockingly poor behaviour from an uninformed customer service person I suspect. Either way I will never buy from them again, no matter how nice the gear and I have spent a lot of money with them………

Broken Zipper on Aero Vent Tights
The Zipper broke on the back pocket of my Aero Vent Mid Rise Compression Tights after just 3 wears. I contacted 2XU to see if they could be replaced and never received an answer. Three months later I wrote again and this is the response I was given "We're sorry to hear about your tights. Unfortunatly we don't carry stock on spare zippers.
This is something that could be replaced easily by a local seamstress. We'd recommend having a Google for a good local place.

I have been a 2XU fan for years. The quality is excellent and my compression running kit has been great. I recently needed assistance with an order and received top quality customer service. Highly recommend 😀
Great company
I'm a fairly regular purchaser as I love their gear. Recently I had occasion to return something - nothing wrong with the product - the Oversize Jogger. I loved the colour but I should have realised that, even though they were the correct size, oversize is not flattering on my very small frame (155 cm/45 kg). The return process was extremely smooth and the refund processed quickly.
Very happy with purchases
Recently ordered two items from 2XU - a core compression short sleeve top and recovery flex leg sleeves. Both of these purchases are really good quality, and the leg sleeves in particular were bought to help with a knee injury and so far seemed to have helped. In terms of my experience, I have used almost every major brand over the last 15 years and would recommend. The only downside for me is the large X logo down one side on many of the range of products - looks VERY DATED and most people don't want a huge branding logo on their sports items.

I ordered some Compression Calf Guards and initially they appeared ok just a few stitching errors with strays of cotton hanging from the stitching it hadn’t been finished off well then after a couple of gentle hand washes the brands silver markings started to come away not a good look!
I have had items items from 2xu some years back and I was always impressed with their quality not sure what’s happened but this appears to be no longer the case it’s such a shame!
I did contact the company with regards this matter to inform them and to see what response I got and besides thanking me for letting them know there was no offer of replacement.
I thought it only right to inform other prospective buyers of the drop in quality of the items this company sells.
Hopefully they will take note to try and improve the quality of their items but in the meantime I won’t be buying anymore gear from them!
Damaged item and poor resolution process
I received a compression shirt with a rip straight out of the package. I contacted customer service and already provided photos clearly showing the defect. Even so, I was then asked to submit additional photos again before they would proceed.
After that, instead of offering a straightforward replacement, I was told to return the faulty item, wait for inspection and refund, and then place a new order myself using a promo code.
For a product that arrived damaged, this is an unnecessarily cumbersome and customer-unfriendly process. A clear product defect should not create
this much hassle for the customer.
Very disappointing experience. I will not order from 2XU again.
Edit: after writing this review, they were willing to replace it without further hoops to jump through.
