My experience with 360 Hair Clinic and Sophie has been nothing short of fantastic.

From the very first initial consultation right through to the current stage of being 3 weeks post transplant, i have received constant support and advice which I could not be more thankful for.

There has been endless support with answering questions, reassurance, providing information regarding treatments, medications, aftercare. Any questions have been promptly answered with honesty and transparency. Sophie is very knowledgeable about all aspects of hair treatment and always managed to answer my questions no matter how big, small or silly they may have seemed.

Sophie helped turn what was a very nerve wracking and daunting experience into a comfortable and reassuring one. Any anxieties or worries were quickly alleviated through speaking with Sophie.

I could not recommend 360 Hair Clinic and Sophie enough for anyone considering a hair transplant or treatments.

Fantastic customer service. After doing plenty of prior research, I came across Sophie and was immediately impressed with her work and how she came across. Then after reading all the glowing reviews like the one I’m about to leave, I decided it was worth the long journey to see her for an in-person consultation. Safe to say it didn’t disappoint and left me feeling reassured. Her knowledge and passion for what she does and just her genuine care for wanting help people was clear to see. We ran well over my appointment slot as she took the time to explain everything to me in thorough detail and give me personalised advice. I know where I’ll be coming for any future treatments!

Absolutely amazing.

I contacted Sophie just over a year ago when I was concerned about my hair loss she talked me through everything step by step and recommended her products which to date has controlled my hair loss. I asked about a hair transplant and booked through her 1year later from contacting her she made everythin from booking flights to surgery to after care seamless and always at the end of a message within minutes. If you’re experiencing hair loss or fancy a hair transplant I could not reccomend her enough.

Sophie is very professional, took the time to explain the PRP treatment and what she would be doing. She was very gentle and I felt so at ease through the process. Would absolutely recommend her clinic to anyone who is suffering with any issues of hair loss, thank you!

The consultation was super helpful after several years of feeling lost about what to do about hair loss. It clarified a lot of uncertainties and Sophie had a package that included specialist shampoo, conditioner, capsules and follicle spray, and weekly low level laser therapy. She also explained the various options for a hair transplant. I signed up for all of the above, and I got the transplant done with a local surgeon that Sophie recommended. The operation went smoothly, the surgeon and his team were excellent, and the pre and post op support from Sophie was amazing. Five months later I’m beginning to see very encouraging results. It’s still fairly early days in the process, but I’m really happy with how it’s going. My new emerging hairline is already making me look younger and feel more confident, and my family are impressed with the early signs. Thank you so much 360 Hair Clinic!

Sophie has made a real difference to me on my hair loss journey. It is a bit of a mine field trying to get all the support you need, including emotional support. I had been searching for somewhere that offers Cellenis PRP after reading some impressive studies on it, and how much better the results were compared to basic PRP. I was so glad that I came across Sophie as 'that hair loss expert' on TikTok of all places!!
I have had 2 treatments now and I had to come and write a review as the changes that I have seen in my hair already are incredible.
The middle was really starting to thin and I was very conscious under bright lights, spotlights etc and after just 2 treatment I obviously haven't got my full results yet but the density is already improving and I couldn't be happier.

I noticed at this clinic that there is a lot of attention to detail. It is immaculate, done up very nicely and it has a very professional but relaxing atmosphere. I travelled 4 hours to have treatment here and I can honestly say it was worth the journey.

Also, I use their 360 products range and used to have a lot of flaking and build up on my scalp. I thought I had tried everything but these products sorted it out within about 2 weeks, game changer

I have had PRP therapy many times elsewhere before and I couldn't believe how much more comfortable the experience was with Sophie at 360 Hair Clinic! I wanted the treatment as I had seen good results in the past but I was dreading it as when I had previously had PRP it really stung.. Sophie explained to me that they use a very good quality tube and that the pH was different but I honestly didn't expect it to make that much of a difference. Not only that, I noticed when she was injecting she carefully and slowly moved across my scalp covering it very methodically which I haven't experienced before. It was an extremely professional experience from start to end and Im looking forward to going back soon. If you have had a bad experience with PRP in the past I would strongly recommend giving it a go at 360 Hair Clinic
