From start to finish 360 Private Travel delivered an outstanding service. Every aspect of my son's trip was handled perfectly, from flights and accommodation to transfers and itinerary planning. The communication throughout was spot on, and they took all the stress and hassle out of organising my son's adventure on the other side of the world. It's his first trip alone, so we appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure he got there safe and sound and checked-in on him every step of the way.
The entire trip ran smoothly thanks to their meticulous planning, and it gave us complete peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of. A truly first-class service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Excellent curation of a very personalised trip to show the best parts of Sri Lanka whilst also catering to my desire to be outdoors, enjoying nature with bespoke hikes led by knowledgable guides, an excellent driver who helped me throughout - everything was seamless and radiated quality.
Gemma helped me book a 1st year wedding anniversary trip to York. She took away all the admin stress and booked us into a fantastic hotel with spa treatments and dinner. We also got yummy treats left for us which was a lovely surprise. Gemma made the whole process so smooth and easy. I would definitely use again for short or long haul trips.
Gemma at 360 Private Travel was absolutely fantastic through-out the whole process of booking and being on our Canadian trip. The itinerary the team created showed great knowledge of where we should stay, the activities we should consider, and then even which restaurants we should try in each location of our 5 stop road trip. The SUV was booked along with everything else through the team which meant by the time we arrived, we simply followed the plan! However, where the team really came into their own was when the devastating news of wild fires destroying much of Jasper only days before we travelled came through. We had to move 4 days worth of hotels, activities and restaurants and still maintain the fabulous 2 weeks followed. Gemma did this with little fuss and utter professionalism. Consistently giving me confidence that we would end up with something equally as special. And we did!! I would have no issue recommending Gemma and 360 Private Travel to anyone. Thank you!
