Review of Renting an Apartment Through 365 Beheer
After finally ending my connection with 365 Beheer, I can share my experience of renting an apartment through them for three years.
In short: the service was extremely poor - almost non-existent.
There was no support during the rental period, and communication was quite rude (or maybe just Dutch directness? 😊)
Details of My Experience:
• When I moved in, the apartment was in very poor condition: dusty curtains, greasy kitchen surfaces, and stains on the mattress. This was despite assurances from 365 Beheer that cleaning would be arranged after the previous tenant moved out.
• The rental contract stated that internet was included, and I paid for this service. However, there was no internet connection provided.
• The washing machine was broken upon arrival, and it took 365 Beheer three months to repair it - without any compensation for the additional costs I incurred.
• When the door lock failed and I was locked out, I contacted 365 Beheer. They advised me to find a locksmith myself. After I paid for the service and submitted the invoice for reimbursement, they refused, claiming I had not called them.
Conclusion and Advice:
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding any interaction with 365 Beheer. Doing so will save you time, money, and unnecessary stress.
