The service was really good, however
The service was really good, however the product is different from what I expected. They are way stiffer than what I purchased before for another school. Those were flexible, now I can't close our Switch Cabinets cause the stiff cables are pushing against it.

Received timely notifications when the order was picked, and ready to pickup, and the pickup process was super smooth - the staff even offered assistance with loading which was very much appreciated.
