Josh does all the prep work early, so when it comes time to getting approval it happens quickly. I went from having an offer accepted to finance approval within 7 days. This was the second time I have gone though Josh and if you want stress free experience then I wouldn't use anyone else. Very knowledgeable about the products he is providing you and gets you the best possible outcome for your situation.

Josh was excellent to deal with from start to finish. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the different lender options clearly and helped us choose the loan that best suited our overall needs rather than simply focusing on the headline interest rate.

He was engaging, responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Everything from the application and approval through to setting up our offset accounts, credit card and settlement was handled quickly and smoothly. Any questions we had were answered clearly, and we never felt pressured or overwhelmed.

The whole refinance ended up being far easier than we expected, and using a mortgage broker was absolutely worthwhile. Josh has also offered to review our rate against the market each year, which gives us confidence that we won’t simply be forgotten once the loan is settled.
