I have prepared the complaint below for you;
I am writing regarding my unresolved deposit issue with 4eabet. I made two separate deposits to my 4eabet wallet via Google Pay, one of ₹4500 on 4 April 2026 and another of ₹1000 on 10 April. The transactions show as successful on my side, and I have transaction IDs 609460618361 and 610001953430 for these payments.
Despite this, the total amount of ₹5500 has still not been added to my 4eabet wallet. When I contacted your customer support, I was informed that the deposit was successful on my side but that there was a “system failed” issue on your end and it was marked as failed. However, even after this explanation, my money has not been credited to my wallet or resolved in any way, and a long time has now passed since these deposits.
I request that my missing deposits of ₹4500 and ₹1000 be urgently checked, and that the total amount of ₹5500 be either added to my 4eabet wallet or refunded back to my Google Pay account without any further delay. I also request a clear written explanation of the issue with your system for these transactions.

Very worst betting site and experience ever with 4rabet. It has been more than 1 month and my 2 deposits are still stuck. Neither the amount is credited to my gaming account nor have I received any refund till now.
Customer support and live chat team are completely useless. Every time they just say “please wait” and give the same copied replies from the last 30–35 days. No proper solution, no update, no responsibility.
Email support is also terrible — they either don’t reply at all or send automated responses without solving anything. The support agents don’t even seem to have proper knowledge about payment issues.
My money is completely stuck and nobody is helping. This platform wastes users’ time and causes unnecessary stress. Very disappointed with their service and payment system.
I would strongly suggest people stay away from this site if they don’t want their money to get stuck for weeks without any resolution.

The only issue is that you can do live betting on sports like player getting a goal or a card or scoring points in basketball or hitting in a home run in baseball. I meanyou have to place these bets before the game starts. You can't do these once the play starts. Then bet builder market is limited to only 6 folds bet no more than that. And even in the there's a limit of picking player options specially in basketball like you can't pick the same player again. There's a lot of room to improve for sure. But after bet365 this is my trusted app for sure.

Very bad experience with 4rabet. Multiple deposits are still on hold even after successful UPI payments from my bank account. I have shared all payment screenshots, UTR numbers, and transaction IDs with support, but there is still no proper resolution.
Held transactions include:
• ₹1999.66
• ₹2999.99
• ₹1000
• ₹999.49
• ₹499.86
All payments were successfully debited from my Union Bank account, but the amounts were not credited to my 4rabet wallet. Support only gives repeated replies and delays the process. It has caused mental stress and loss of trust.
I request 4rabet to resolve these pending deposits immediately and improve customer support service. Not recommended until they fix payment issues.

I deposited multiple times on 4rabet through UPI, and all transactions were successfully debited from my Union Bank account, but the money was never credited to my 4rabet wallet. I shared payment screenshots, UTR numbers, bank statement, and all proofs many times.
Support only keeps saying “under review” or “payment provider issue” for many days without giving a proper resolution or refund. This is very frustrating and stressful for users.

Your team has been giving the same repeated response for many days, but my deposits are still not credited. All payments were successfully debited from my bank account, and I already provided screenshots, UTR numbers, and transaction details multiple times. Asking customers to wait again and again without a clear resolution is not acceptable.
These transactions include ₹1999.66, ₹2999.99, ₹1000, ₹999.49, and ₹499.86, which are still pending despite successful payment status. A reliable platform should resolve deposit issues quickly instead of keeping users waiting for weeks.

Don't deposit money here! 4rabet is running a major deposit scam. I am Nagalakshmi Jupudi (UUID: 5320c9f8-c6e2-4198-b1a7-5ff231f6f404). I have lost a total of ₹10,999.68 here within a week, and their support is doing absolutely nothing except repeating automated bot scripts.
Here are the facts and proofs:
On 17th May 2026, I deposited ₹9,000. PhonePe Support officially confirmed (Ticket ID: 593099608) that it was successfully credited to 4rabet's merchant account (NITEESH SINGH, UTR: 298101265290). But 4rabet wallet shows ₹0!
Today, 23rd May 2026, I tried depositing ₹1,999.68 to check, and again the same scam! Money debited to merchant Chhamsul Miah (UPI Ref No: 614318595987) but not credited to my wallet.
If 4rabet management is genuine, I DARE you to post your official bank statement for 17th May and 23rd May showing these UTRs are not credited. Stop hiding behind useless AI bots and stealing customer money!
Give my ₹10,999.68 back immediately or I am filing a formal complaint with the Cyber Cell and Consumer Forum against your fraud payment gateways.
