I ordered a new inner door for my oven together with a vent yesterday and it arrived today, fantastic service.

Product damaged on arrival. Sent back though refund process and have not heard anything for 3 weeks. Customer support do not respond. there is no phone or any direct contract details. Feel like this is a scam site.

On their website it says 8-10 days but after ordering a part on 16th July I kept receiving emails saying it would be in stock on 18th August. Today I get an email saying 2-4 weeks. I wish I'd read the reviews on here before ordering. AVOID THIS COMPANY if you are in a hurry for a part.

I ordered a freezer tray and as soon as it arrived it was clearly completely the wrong size (they didn't send the one I ordered). I returned it the same day in the same packaging. A few weeks later, I spoke to them to chase up my refund. I was told it would def be within 3-5 days and I sent them a copy of my Proof of Purchase. Just got back from hol and of course no refund!! It has been 6 weeks and they owe me £72. Just chased again, but there is no general email so I am restricted to the one email I got from the Live Chat. Really annoyed, should not have used them! AVOID!!

Its a scam. Not answer by email

I contacted their chat support team for help finding the right item for my appliance and, similar to another customer, was provided with the wrong information. Since then, I have gone on to purchase the correct item from Amazon instead. Absolutely rubbish service.. I even gave them a couple of prompts to double check the information that they gave me, but they were adamant they were correct. Having re-read the chat transcript it is blindingly obvious that the information given is wrong/incomplete, but they have continued with their assumptions. Glad I double checked as otherwise I'd have bought the wrong item, AND would have probably ended up paying postage both ways... Assuming they'd have let me return it of course. V disappointed.

Pros:
-None.

Cons:
-Wildly inaccurate timeframes quoted for spare parts.
-They will tell you that they have to make the spare parts to order, but what they won't tell you is that they won't make the spare parts until they receive a certain number of orders. They'll gladly keep your money in the interim, telling "Oh, next month, definitely."
-Do yourself a favour and give these shysters a miss if you can help it.
