It was so easy to choose and paid for the condo in Orlando.
Looking forward to being there in December.

We've used 5 star several times and they have been great. The test of any agency is when something goes wrong. This happen to us, nothing to do with 5 star, but we explained our problem and they sorted it out for us and we had a great holiday. A company you can trust is something when found never leave. The properties we have stayed at have all been 100% and we have always been very happy

"5starvillaholidays" left us out in the cold and refused to refund our deposit money. We had booked a villa in December for an April stay. All deposits made on time and then a week before our trip we get an e-mail saying there was a "problem" with the villa. Joe Donnelly offers us a replacement but it only has 3 rooms. We reply that we booked a 4 bedroom villa and need that for our group. So we ask for a refund. He reuses to give us a refund. So we get in touch with HomeAway to report a complaint and they professionally and with care handle our problem giving us a full refund.
This could have been solved so easily with a refund when the original villa we booked became unavailable. Extremely poor customer service.

This is a gorgeous home and sits right on the 9th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus golf course. We were the first renters of this home, and you could definitely tell. It would have been in the owners best interest to have someone stay in it for a week to discover the issues we had to pay for. Each of these was minor, but when added together on top of paying a premium for the 10 day rental, it gets frustrating.

No expense was spared on the home itself but some of the appliances were lacking. In no particular order:

1) Needs a high efficiency larger washer and dryer. We were a smaller group than this house can hold and the dryer ran constantly.

2) The TV in the living room was hooked up to the wrong cable outlet and had no TV for the first day and a half and a half. When maintenance came by and realized it we had to move furniture around to accommodate this until the cable company could come out. We were there 10 days and no cable truck came out at all.

3) Basic kitchen utensils were missing. We had two tea kettles and no measuring cups, or mixing bowls, or tongs, etc...

4) The game room equipment, while new, were all cheaply made and will not last a season.

5) The front door lock combination did not work and had to basically enter the house using the garage door opener.

6) The hot water heater needs to be expanded as we had to plan our showers spaced out as you would run out of hot water. Remember this is a 5 bedroom house that could easily sleep 12 or more.

Again this is a beautiful home and the things listed above are an easy fix. Again, having a group take a test run for a week would have uncovered much of this.

5 star is now my number one pick for my vacations. They are very professional and always priced reasonably.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay amazing memories with amazing family and friends ! Can’t wait to return

People where very friendly and helpful. Location & Villa was unbelievable we had a really great time, loved the holiday.

What can I say but wow....I stayed in a beautiful apartment with 5 star villa holidays and have nothing but good words to say, we will definitely be returning.

The apartment was amazing inside and out, the pool was fantastic and we where located about 10 minutes from the centre.

We travelled with a group of 8 and many of the restaurants are quite happy to pick up groups and chofer you to and from the restaurant.

10 out of 10 for 5 star bargain villas

I would highly reccomend 5 star villa holidays as a service. Great communication from staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, definetly a 5 star service. Helena went out of her way fulfill our additional requests which made our honeymoon a magical experience.

It was a holiday of a lifetime.. the guys at 5 star Villa Holidays were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will be booking my next holiday with them very soon

Fabulous service, and amazing villas. Will definitely be using again.

We stayed in the Dream Villas during September and wow what a place. The villa was top spec similar to what you find in top hotels around the world and then having a private pool with fantastic undisturbed views was a great place to chill out during the day and have BBQ's. It is a short drive down the mountain back into the town but certain local restaurants will arrange to collect and drop you off if there is a large group meaning everyone can have a few beers. With regards to service the team were great and very helpful when we had any questions or issues with the villa. I would not hesitate in recommending the villas or 5 Star Villa Holidays.

We spent an amazing long weekend with friends at the Cleopatra, Murcia in May. The villa was beyond our expectations with a wonderful view. The private pool and hot tub made our stay particulary special.
5 star villa holidays were so easy to book with and were on hand to answer all of our questions throughout. I'll definitley be using them again for a planned family trip to Cyprus later this year.

Had the most wonderful experience in Murcia - to say 5 Star is an understatement! Accommodation was total luxury and lent to a magical break with family and friends! Cannot fault this company - they personalised our holiday break, it felt like they were there with us! Thank you a thousand times, memories to last a life time!
