Ive had the same issues with difficulty cancelling subscription, I sent a letter to Austria to cancel as instructed.
I have received a letter from debt collectors threatening court action if I do not pay outstanding payment of 249.74 euros.
Is this safe to ignore??

For starters I want my money back!!!
This site is one big SCAM. Nothing adds up,, non of the supposing people in the designated area are true. The once that contact me are from other cities and at the end they ask for money. SCAM!!!

After looking at the site I was taken in, mainly because it had a UK website address and the women/profiles seemed genuine. Many of the women were unattractive which made it more credible. I paid for the minimum 3 months and within a few days I feared it was a scam. Plenty of messages, but no replies to my reply. I messaged them but got no reply. I cancelled my credit card, but little chance of getting my money back unless I go down the legal route. My first experience of Internet dating has left me very wary.

I joined but fortunately didn't pay anything. I can't cancel my membership as password not recognised and the support email address is invalid. As soon as you sign up you are inundated with what are obviously fake contacts and none of the photos of people's profiles are visible. Can't cancel so just mark all incoming emails as spam. Needs reporting so I have reported it using the government website as being a fake/scam website.

Absolute shocker, waste of time and money.
It is a scam, false profiles, no feedback from their support, non working search function, can't delete account and on an in it goes.
Their advert for pricing is misleading.
I have reported them to the police and government authorities in Austria.

The site is SH** you can not get in contact with the ghosts that are here to help one find love, and when you go to >>>even here does allow the email lol<<< Well, you can not get it comes back as unsilenced mail. The site is a SCAM, stay away from it as I GOT SUCKED IN TO JOIN

I send several emails to 60s love with no responses does there emails even exist, I sign on now for 2 days and I want to cancelled. This must be the biggest scam dating site I ever sign on BE CAREFUL for this site

60s love is pretty much a fake site. Old, out of date, fake and false representation of “ members “ DO NOT USE OR PAY THIS FALSE DATING WEBSITE !

Do not use this company I have been scammed by a fake profile and am sure it has many more fake profiles on there Beware of a profile called Harold he doesn't exist his photos are off the internet

I signed up to this site the review was not written by me it was totally false as I had no input whatsoever in the written description of me, I received a few messages that appear to be fake, they took £238 out of my credit card, I tried to contact them via the email address which doesn't exist as all e-mails returned as recipient not recognised, I wrote a cancellation letter to an address in Austria cancelling my subscription, I'm contacting my bank to try to block any further payments, I would advise anyone to stay away from the site, I can't believe Facebook are still accepting advertising from this company.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for a while and every email to their supposed Support keeps bouncing back. How on earth do I cancel?

I joined this site about a month ago and I am unable to cancel my subscription/membership, they say contact support on the site but this seems to be an impossible task

Agreed there are so many fake profiles that I gave up on this site. However unlike others’ experience they did accept my cancellation by email, I sent them the contact ID and cancellation code from “My Account” page and they accepted it by email without me having to send a letter.

Scam, as everybody says. But why oh why do Facebook take money to advertise a known fake scam site? Fortunately checked here before subscribing.

This site is awful, what a waste of my hard earned money. No-one is real. I tried to get my money returned within 40 minutes of paying, I even rang my bank immediately to stop the payment but it had already gone through. My bank should have queried the payment with me so this is another fault to raise a complaint about. This site is disgustingly sick. Their email address for support does not work, there is no phone number - I have been well and truly duped. I hope all those concerned in this vile company have terrible things happen to them, they are monsters.

This site is a full on scam, the profiles are decades old , look at the backgrounds of the profile pics. Why is there no way to cancel your subscription, no way to contact anyone . Its just full on BS. Thats my opinion.

I have not had any meaningful interaction. That is:-
My questions are not answered.
My answers to questions are not responded to.

Absolutely horrendous ....many messaged me but nobody received a message from me
Money and time wasted
And what looks like some definite matches came to missed opportunities.
I contacted the support team and got no reply
