Their refund policy is absolutely anti consumer. Their website states that they will refund 85% of your amount directly to the source but instead when I asked them to cancel an order that has been dispatched and not received by me yet they with hold your money by saying it is "company policy" to refund my money as store credit and only 50% the store credit money will be transferred to the bank account instead of 15% fee that is incurred on order cancellation (which is mentioned in the website but their internal policy is different). Tell me how is this not a consumer trap?
