We hired a car in Funchal in the cheapest category. We got a Fiat Tipo cross with 46k km. Bert friendly and helpfull People. We enjoyed the 3 dat hired and Will recommend thema for future tourists in Funchal. Thank you guys for your good work.

I rented a small EV to tour the island. The car was fine and fun to drive. I recharged the car to about 80% with the card supplied by 7M, planning to fully charge in Funchal to avoid additional fees. I tried a number of recharging stations but for some reason the 7M card no longer worked and I was unable to use a credit card. I returned the car not fully charged, explained the situation, and 7M quickly agreed to waive their costs to recharge the vehicle. Based on this very good example of customer service I will, without hesitation, rent from 7M again but it will be a conventional gasoline or diesel vehicle!

I have seen mixed reviews and been a bit sceptic about deposit via card. We had a Fiat 500X automatic which was a delight through narrow and mountain roads and it took us everywhere we wanted with no issues. On reruns the gentleman was very polite everything went smoothly and our DEPOSIT was credited instantly on return with a receipt in hand. Great and I do recommend

I didn't like car because it didn't work well and I leaved it at refuel station at the last day. Company rescued me and my family by taxi to go back home.
Personnel was king and they gave us all necessary information about our rental.
Price of insurance is cheap and recommended.

Nice Car-Rent with Friendly staff and good prices

All good except for wait. Only one customer being served in front of us when we arrived and the process took far too long. This must be improved upon

Super location, peu d’attente, les papiers en règle, le personnel efficace et répondant aux questions. Aucun problème ni à la prise et à la remise de la voiture. Le véhicule en parfait état.

Nice and quick service. As I booked online there was no surprise in regard to any additional costs.

Everything was good.
The only real problem was that one of the back seat belts didn’t work.

Helpful and prompt service. We had mistakenly booked at a branch much further away, but the local office were helpful, and sorted a car for us. Refund of security deposit was done immediately on return of the car.

Car was adequate, handbrake did not hold well on some of Madeira’s hilly streets!

All good. Guy Who gave us the Car was little bit unfriendly - maybe just bad day. Other than that all went good.

Staff were very helpful and informative, will definitely recommend and happily use again especially if all the branches of this firm are as good
