I am in love with these shoes

I am in love with my new shoes. I had assumed they would be comfortable, but not this comfortable. They have become my everyday shoes. I love them so much that now I want them in more colors. The attention to detail is also exquisite. The engraving on the bottom and inside of the shoes make me feel like I’m wearing something special. It’s safe to say that I adore the silver roll ballet pumps.

The return policy is hideous

The return policy is hideous, having to take pictures of the shoes and the packaging. It came in including the mailing package Before being able to get a return Acknowledgment. The product itself is Lane. They’re extremely small narrow and flimsy. The time it took for me to get the merchandise was well over 3 weeks. I will not be ordering from this vendor again

Good quality and good style, but not fit…

Good quality and good style! But the shoe is too much long point front which make feet look so long, two size bigger than it is. Also the return process is very complicated. Require email, pictures, approval etc. it make me feel though it’s good shoes, but don’t want to bother buying.

Quality Issues on First Purchase

The right shoe I received looks noticeably wider than the left one, and the heel of the right shoe has a bulge on each side. When I press them, they sink in and then pop back out. The right shoe stays on fine, but it looks a bit odd. This is my first time buying shoes here, and I'm disappointed with the quality. Also, the return and exchange process seems quite troublesome, so I'm hesitant to make another purchase here.

I haven’t received my package yet

I haven’t received my package yet , the delivery man marked delivered on May 22(order #3065),so I keep to contact you get help for the the package ,all the responses that I got contact the carrier,it’s very bad experience for me,normally the issue happens your people should contact them instead,now I get letter from UniUni carrier company about the package as missing which I sent email to support, but your support people didn’t respond me anything yet, I decided refund money back

It is no lie that they are the most comfortable heels. They are beautifully made and just as expected, and my expectation is high. True to size. I tried them on walked around the house and I did not want to take them off. Very happy with the purchase.

Stunning Shoes!

My son let me pick out a pair of shoes for my Christmas gift. I selected a pair of black pumps that were discounted by 20%. The shoes were absolutely stunning!!! The ordering process was great and shoes arrived quick and in time to place under the Christmas tree. The only issue I had was the fit of the shoe. But totally my fault. The website recommended for wide feet you order a full size beyond your regular size. I am a size 8 but chose to order only a half size bigger and the shoes are a little snug (padding is great). I don't plan to send them back since I think they will loosen up a little with wear. I highly recommend these shoes just be careful about the size. I'll certainly be ordering more.

Disappointing in every way.

The shoes I ordered from this brand were not true to size. I am a size 8.5 and they fit my foot more like a 9.5; quite large.
This company does not encourage an exchange, because the customer is expected to pay for your own return delivery, and will not provide return label. Will never order from this brand again. Do not recommend.

Regarding returns: For non-quality issues, our standard procedure is for customers to send the items back to the courier service point themselves, and the associated logistics costs are to be borne by the customer. If it's inconvenient for you to visit the courier service point, we can provide a return label for you, but please be aware that this option may incur higher costs compared to sending it back independently. To minimize any unnecessary expenses for you, we recommend self-returning.

I would give zero star if I could

I would give zero star if I could. Poor delivery and customer service. Delivery took too long, more than what they mentioned in the website, more than half month. And when I track the order number at the delivery site, it never works, and the customer service keep putting the responsibility back to the customer. At the end , I found out it’s the delivery company put down a completely wrong address. When I got the shoes , it charge me hkd 20 for “free” standard delivery. The greatest part is the customer service, I have to return by myself. Keep saying that “ as we mentioned before” and gave me new and confusing information I had never saw, and seems like it’s the customer did not pay attention to their instruction.

It is the worst online shopping experience ever have.

However, there may be additional customs or other taxes. According to Hong Kong policies, if the delivery address is a residential or remote area, the courier may collect an additional fee of HKD 20 directly from the recipient. We understand that this has caused inconvenience and apologize deeply for any dissatisfaction it may have caused.

Regarding returns: We regret to inform you that, in principle, customers are required to send the items back to the courier service point themselves. For U.S. customers, we can arrange a doorstep pickup for returns, but please note that this service comes at a higher cost compared to sending it back on your own (the incurred cost will be offset from the refunded amount). Unfortunately, for Hong Kong customers, we are unable to provide doorstep pickup services.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you've encountered with our service. We truly understand your dissatisfaction, and for this, we extend our deepest apologies.

Have to return

I ordered size 7.5 but it was too large, so I requested for a return. The customer service is friendly. They offered me option to exchange, and answered all my questions, but it took extra days to email back and forth due to the time difference. I hope they will have an email or phone number to reach out during US hours. Besides, be aware that you need to pay an extra shipping fee for the return instead of a deduction from the refund. Finally I shipped the return out, and I am still waiting for the refund. Be careful with the size when making your purchase to avoid troubles with returns.

Update - I got the refund, and it didn’t take too long. Glad to know that the shipping cost can be deductible from the refund now.
