They refuse to process refunds quickly, lying that documents need providing to drag it out. The documents were only provided to them two weeks ago for another withdrawal. Do not deposit here or any of their sister sites. The ceo's email is easily available on Google if you do have trouble, typically he does nothing also but if you want another avenue to hound that's worth doing also
This is the worse one. We should be all together and sue this 888 casino. They dont give your winning right away. They ate like this sonce I opened my account 2-3 years ago. I have 2 pending withdrawals.
I have contacted the payments team, but they keep asking me to upload documents (which I have done) before they send via wire transfer.
It’s been about 5 days.
I have had to contact via live chat, because they don’t respond to emails and each time I get told something different, or given a link to upload the same document to, but the link has no where to upload documents.
I was told a screen shot would be fine via email. Then they decided it wasn’t ok, but didn’t tell me, I had asked live chat for an update as I had heard nothing
and was told there.
I keep getting told that I will get emails from the payments team, but I don’t.
And getting to talk to someone on live chat is a difficulty in itself, the chat bot does a good job of trying to not let you talk to a person.
I just want my money! The service really isn’t good enough.
The casino has absolutely the worst customer service. They have been holding my withdrawl for over a week in pending and they use to process them fast. Now nothing. Their live chat is horrible they just give generic answers and do not resolve anything
