8bplus Reviews

Excellent customer service and fast answers. Very service minded. Would recomend

The 8BPlus customer service level just knocked me over (in a good way)!

This is way to long, but read it please: it's a lesson in great customer service.

I ordered a gift for my sister's granddaughter, a specially good brand of rock climbing chalk and s specially cute chalk bag.

8BPLus quickly wrote back that they were out if the bag, and suggested that I pick another one or order it internationally.

I liked the bag that I had chosen but didn't want to pay more so I wrote back an "if this then that" decision tree and expected they'd respond with more facts.

Next morning I got an email that showed me that they understood my decision tree, had carried it to its conclusion and started the shipment.

(I might add that the situation was made much easier by 8BPlus' decision to throw in the international shipping cost at their own expense).

So, all in all, I'd have to say that 8BPLus ' customer service is the best I've seen in a very long time (I'm 71 years old, so I know "a long time") and it made my whole day better.

Having trouble finding climbing partners?
And when you do find climbing partners, they stand you up leaving you doing rope solo that you wish wasn't so solo. Or maybe you've been with the same climbing partner and looking to settle down.

Then adopting one of these little monsters might just be for you.

Ever since I first brought one of these little guys into my home the stoke has been high. The motivation and drive they have to get sendy is just unmatched! Never late and always eager to get vertical, these monsters have motivated me to match energy and climb harder.

Now, with having adopted over 30 monsters, the hardest part of packing to go to the crag is picking which bag gets to go and the guilt I feel for leaving everyone else out.

Perfect! Bought 3 chalk bags from 8BPLUS already and they are all adorable.

Love my new chalk bag, it's fun and cool. Delivery was fast and the chalk bag is of very high quality.

Placed an order, order was confirmed, track&trace code did not work, no delivery, contact with 8BPLUS is impossible.

Great style. Awesome quality. Couldn't be any happier and my new chalk-eating friend Brad is definitely an eye catcher!

Considering the great quality of the products the pricing is absolutely reasonable.
Moreover, the innovative character of the product design will match every climber’s style, no matter if it’s about chalk bags or other accessories.
The level of service is also fantastic. Questions and requests are being answered timely and logistics are efficient.

Fantastic fun good quality products which are very well thought out for climbers! Purchased both chalk bags as well as their clothes, both are excellent! Highly recommended!!!

Love my new chalkbag, quality is great, this thing is built to last. Delivery came as expected. I will definitely order again for my girlfriend‘s birthday.

The cutest chalk bag ever. I bought it for myself and then got it also as a present for my friends. Super happy with the product. The quality is great, the delivery is fast. Highly recommended.
