Friendly and knowledgeable staff, repairs were done with care and within budget.

I purchased Shimano bike shoes via click and collect. A friendly text was received within an hour to let me know they were ready. At the shop, it was quick to pick them up. No hassles at all

Purchased online and did collection in store. When I went to fit the item before a ride (tubeless rim tape), I noticed they had given me the wrong width tape to that which I'd ordered. Really frustrating as I had removed the tyre, old rim tape, cleaned it all off etc before noticing the problem. They only had one job and that was pick the correct product I had ordered and they failed! This is the second time this store has given me the wrong item using collect instore, first time was the wrong coloured pedals.

Went in a few times and Brittany really helped me out a lot and was happy to answer questions each time I was in... Definitely coming back.

I bought a few products in Brisbane Bown Hills store (Cadence sensor being one) and the batteries kept dying within a couple of uses, the product was defective and running the batteries flat. I emailed their support team in February of this year and after being passed around to more than 5 different people and having to explain my problem each time, the issue has still not been fixed and I have not heard for a month where this is up to..
I live in regional QLD with the closest store 800km away and all I wanted to know is who to send this back to to claim the warranty.
They have now stopped replying to my follow-up emails and I have just given in and bought from a different store the same product, I cannot continue waiting as it has been over 4 months since I logged the issue. Beware of this when buying products from here.
I am sure it won't be the same for everyone I have just had bad luck with their support staff.

I ordered Click and collect after checking stock and it suggested it was in stock. Next morning I got a message from 99 bikes and I assumed it was and order confirmation. Turned up at Bowen hills in the afternoon and was told no it wasn't available but I could go to a store where it was ( Hey it was only 37 degrees outside). Told the staff that it didn't suit me so asked them to deliver to the store. A week later on the train I dropped into the Bowen Hills shop and again....... whoops sorry we don't have your order. So I Politely cracked the sH...Ts and 3 days later the order arrived.
Sadly this seems to be a common experience from 99bikes so will only use them if the "onlinePricebeat" option outweighs expediency

I made my purchases with afterpay. I liked I was able to find and order exactly what I wanted online with a a payment plan. I didn't like that the expensive kryptonite lock I bought was sold to me at full price when it was clearly a returned, open package that was literally on a bargain table days earlier. I didn't like that I was told via a phone call from 99 bikes that the products needed to be ordered and sent to the store which would take weeks. When arrived to pick up I was told that the order had been ready for pickup almost instantly after being placed. I also double checked in person to make sure I inspected the products before ordering so there is a communication breakdown somewhere along the line.

To be fair….I wasn’t really sure what I wanted with respect to a bike. The team at Bowen Hills took the time to explain the options, the pros and cons of each particular bike and style. When the bike I really wanted wasn’t in store, they got one shipped up within the week and I couldn’t be happier. So happy in fact I bought 3 additional bikes for the family. Needless to say, I am now a cycling convert.

Quick turn around for order considering it was placed close to Xmas - I didn't need goods[flat pedal shoes] urgently.
Price competitive with free delivery.

99 bikes replaced my rear wheel tyre it more importantly identified I had a broken spoke. Great job

Drove 2 hours to Brisbane to pick a bike up I ordered with click and collect before Christmas. The front wheel didn’t spin and my 4yr old couldn’t ride it. I then called only to be told there was a couple month wait before I could have it repaired. It wasn’t until I said well I want to return it that I finally spoke to a manager who said to drive up to 99 bike again and hey Will look at it. Thankfully it got fixed but not happy about the purchase at all. Sad because I really like the variety of stock 99 bikes has

Great service, great price. Missing some stuff from the box, went back into shop - fixed in 30 seconds.

The staff were friendly and when I told them my name they went and got my item straight away for me. They were efficent and polite.

Great products and the best customer service I've ever had

Went to the Bowen Hills store to check out a specific bike to confirm the frame size and ask a few questions. There were 3-4 customers in the store at the time. I waited about 15 mins next to the bike I wanted. 3 staff members passed me without acknowledging me. I gave up and left. I then decided to order the bike online and have it delivered. Unfortunately, the Bowen Hills store was assigned to deliver it. After a week it still hasn’t been delivered so I called the store to check if it was ready so I could pick it up myself. They told me it was, so I came back to the store and took it home. Despite the staff members assuring me the bike had gone through all the approriate checks, when I got it home I found the the tyres were flat (less tha 30kpa) and the seat was loose. I called the store and asked if the checks were actually done (otherwise both the tyres must have had a puncture) and they again assured me the bike had undergone 4 seperate checks before pick up. They never apologised. The just said if the tyres went flat again to bring it back in so they could check them.

I came in to get new keys for my Take out battery because I had lost my first set of keys.Had the lock changed, but still cannot take my battery out to recharge.Keys work but still cannot take my battery out of my Dynamo pedal assist.It costed me $99-00.For nothing.

Staff member was helpful with providing both service and advice.
