Brilliant service and amazing attention to detail
Absolutely amazing, have had my mtb worked on at the Ipswich location, all of the employees are very kind and helpful when it comes to certain details about the product, both times I had my bike worked on there I dropped in with me mates and had a ball without any mechanical issues, 110% satisfied, will be returning for a fork rebuild or a new fork

The product I ordered was not actually available in store due to missing parts. When I got it, it worked for a few days and then the signal kept dropping out. I returned it and still waiting for product to be returned. I've heard nothing from 99bikes.

The older guy who eventually greeted me and asked if I could be helped after browsing for a while had no positive energy and seemingly no desire to make good customer experiences.
The guy whom did the final checks and paperwork for me was absolutely outstanding and redeemed the situation where in which I would have never returned, but now I will know to simply ask for him directly.
Deserves a pay rise 👍

Amazing service
Easy online purchase. Personalised follow-up call from the store. Free bike assembly. The service overall was really friendly and helpful. The purchase was on sale and that made it affordable.
