The bike was delivered without a proper check for wheel alignment. They don't have mobile services so I have to walk with the bike to west ryde store to get it fixed. The workshop in the West Ryde store was really good, they assembled a new bike for me and returned the faulty one back to north paramatta store.

The Product was an Allen MT-1
- the box indicated that it may not be suitable for an Audi Q3
- the reality is that it's PERFECT for an Audi Q3

The team at the North Paramatta store…
The team at the North Paramatta store are very knowledgeable and very helpful indeed even with the finer and smallest of detail of the questions I have on many of my visits to buy a bike, trike or replacement parts etc. Some of the items I did not think they stocked, they had available even on a Sunday when I work on my bicycles - kudos to the 99bikes team

Booked my bike in for a tune-up service at the North Parramatta store. Happy with the service provided by Tom who thoroughly explained the ins and outs of what he did to my bike. Great customer service!

Great bike service
Dropped my roadie off for a service with 99 Bikes North Parra which is my local. Great, professional service from the lads in the workshop as always, got them to swap me over to a new set of wheels as well whilst they were at it. Very happy, thanks guys
