I had an issue with my svi cloud box and customer support was great!

I purchased a charger and changed my mind. They replied to me request for a refund almost immediately and I had it refunded right away. That is very good customer service. I would definitely buy from them again if they had what I wanted.

After waiting on my order for a week, I decided to file a Paypal complaint. What I was reading online was that a1smartstore is a scam. They had sent tracking information twice since I ordered, but it wasn't updating. They did reply to my Paypal complaint. The item was delivered eight days after my order and it seems to be the product that I requested. Since delivery is from China, it's understandable that it takes a while. I saved about $40 buying through them. They delivered at a great price. That's worth five stars!

Reliable nice shopping Experience with good discount.

My smart watch came quickly and was well packaged to protect it in transport. But when I tried to get it to pair with my phone there was an issue and it didn’t work. I contacted the store and they were able to quickly tell me how to resolve the issue and so I’m good to go. I liked the speed of delivery and the speed of the customer help.

Buenos días es una mala tienda
Mis audífonos venían abiertos ya en si y se supone que si se abrieron ellos los probaron y uno venía dañado ya que al activar la canción de ruido el audífono derecho se escucha como corre viento entonces no cancela bien y es algo de lo que no se fueron cuenta y reclamé y dicen que el envío lo debo pagar yo y sólo el envío vale más que los audífonos.
Si van a vender algo que lo vendan bien o bien al menos paguen los servicios de reembolso porque gaste 200 dolares por los audífonos y para que me hagan este pésimo servicio.
