If had MOT & service yesterday, excellent service and prices, I had a rear suspension spring which they immediately rang me, sourced the part & fixed. Great customer service

Had a good experience last year on my last review! Gave them a call as my car wouldn’t go in gear whilst driving! On Thursday 22nd June The mechanic said on the phone it will cost me 600 pound! He could have said bring it in and we will take a look! He said the clutch that’s gone without looking at it. Took it elsewhere it was a spring on my clutch that had gone and was holding it down! Fixed it at no cost and my clutch has so much life left in it as it’s only 4 years old at 29000 miles! Bad experience this time round and put me in a panic with finances! Iv now got a service plan and good deal with my main dealer as I’m too worried to use these independent garages now.

Thank you so much for coming to my rescue on the A249 this morning after a tyre blow out 😭 it was such a shock but your impeccable service made the whole experience so much easier! You came to my rescue in 30 minutes and the man who attended (sorry didnt catch his name) was absolutely fantastic and made me feel confident to drive again when he had replaced my tyre. 5* service, and highly reccomend just doesnt seem enough!. Went in to get tyres put on my brand wheels. After a problem caused by them I returned a week later and came back with length nuts I was told to get but they said they were wrong. Thankfully Stewart the manager gave me his car to go back home and grab an old set just to get them on the car. Went back again so Stewart could change the wheel bolts to black ones and fit centre caps. This review is in no way critical of Stewart the manager who did everything to make it go smooth. It’s purely the amount of time it took and the problem that was caused. Without this I would have given 5 stars

Really professional and efficient. Happily the tyre was repairable, but the price quoted to replace, if necessary, was really good! Very impressive service all round and will definitely use again and recommend!

Always great service from A2 Sittingbourne, turned up without calling and only waited while they changed Tyre. Andrew served me, always polite and helpful as is all staff!! Was informed of other services they do including road side if needed which is great to know.

Called A2 8.45am to sort a tyre out as my partner was suck with an unsaveable flat and no spare tyre. The guy arrived at 9.20 and was away within 10 minutes. Thank you A2! I would use you again and definitely recommend your services

I visited the Sittingbourne branch this morning - 5 star service. Even though I just turned up without calling first, it was relentless with customers (even at 8:30am), was greeted with a smile & warm & friendly welcome, was advised it wouldnt be too long (it wasnt - less than 30 minutes), asked what I required (a puncture repair), no hard sell, no pressurisd upsell, was provided with further information on other services offered. Im a Customer Service Manager - alot of companies could learn from their customer service. For any A2 Tyre Managers reading this - the name on my invoice was Andrew Armitage & he is a credit to your team.

Excellent customer service from Mark as he couldn’t have done more for us. He was informative and extremely efficient at getting us booked in. I will definitely be using A2 in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Treated my GF to new tyres and wheel alignment today very good service at Sittingbourne. This is a much better experience than pro tyres in Sittingbourne and I will be returning for both our vehicles in the near future.

As another customer has said, very disappointed with the service I have received from A2, this is not the first occasion that I have had to complain about the service.
Having used A2 over many years I took my car in to have 4 wheel alignment done, they put the car up on the ramp and told me that the rear axle was off the chart but that they had sorted it but they could not do the front because the ball joints had seized. The solution was to replace the ‘drum sticks and rod ends’ at a cost of approx £350. Took the car back to the garage and they freed off the track rods and took it back to A2 alignment, for £150? Whilst doing the tracking at the front of the car the mechanic was told that the back wheels were out, after 10 days and about 20 miles??? When I spoke to the guy at Sittingbourne he said that the backs could have gone out because the car had been taken up on a ramp???
Never again….

They did as promised. Came to a Service Station to replace a tyre blow-out. Fast efficient service and courteous professional.

First class service from Mark in the garage after being let down by a previous garage Mark fitted me into the garage straight away to an access the car. Mark has great customer service making customers feel at great ease and is very helpful. Mark ensured I was happy with the price before we continued and my car was booked into the garage promptly and Mike managed to squeeze my car into his already busy schedule. Really appreciate the service I received and will definitely come back. Thank you again Mark and Mike.

Impeccable service. Stuart and Richard saved the day for us so that we could return home to Dorset. Took them less than 30 minutes to sort out our tyre problem. Courteous prompt and efficient, Great value too, Thoroughly recommend A2 Tyre Supplies. Bravo, guys!

Thank you to all the staff who worked on my car, excellent service as always, I have used A2 since 1985 when they were at Cowper Road in Sittingbourne and never been disappointed, I feel totally at ease as a woman and have never felt intimidated by them like some places do, Thank you.

Amazing service every time I go in from all the staff. Nothing is to much trouble.
I normally use the sheppey branch but used Sittingbourne for the first time in a long time and still got the same service which just shows how the company is being run. From the top to the bottom first class.
