The headboard is stunning, usually a headboard is pretty lightweight, this is well made and of fine quality of sturdy construction, very pleased.

Delivered the day they had arranged, a little confusion with time.
Very please with the bunk beds and mattress.

I ordered the Royal Memory Foam Sprung Divan Bed. It is well made and so comfortable, the mattress feels perfect, no problems sleeping and no aches or pains from it. Delivery was quick and the driver was very helpful. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend ordering from this company.

Very poor customer service. Phone never gets picked up. When bed was delivered a piece was missing. Was told it was going to be sent with express delivery and arrived within 2-3 days. Had to wait a whole other week for that one piece. No one got in touch with me to inform me. I couldn't get through the customer service line so I had to call the driver and ask for the status of the missing piece.

Excellent high quality bed and comfortable mattress. The only thing which Could be improved on is please don’t put a massive sticker on the bed frame, it was really difficult to get off and I’ve now been left with a big sticky mark on the bed frame.

Bed good value for money & easy to put together however delivery was 2.5 weeks ....after complaining they did refund my £40 express delivery that I requested!

In my experience, this company were quick to take my money but do not respond to phone calls, emails, or their messaging service. No goods have arrived. I have got my credit company involved now.

I was worried after reading some of these reviews but everything has been brilliant. When we made our order we were told 8 to 10 working days for delivery. We received a phone call to tell us our bed would be delivery after 12pm and was delivery at 2pm. The bed went together lovely. We are very happy with our service and wouldn’t think twice about ordering again from AAA BEDS.

Do not use this company. I ordered a bed from them 7 months ago. Yesterday the bed split. It wasnt being used, the leg just snapped and pushed through. The only way they will consider a fix or replacement is if I Return the bed, Which leaves me with nothing to sleep on. And as it has been 7 months, i dont have the original packaging they would deduct 50% off. Cost is not everything people.
