⚠️ Extremely Unprofessional and Fraudulent Experience ⚠️
This company is an absolute fraud. I was scheduled to take an exam and no proctor ever showed up. I spent hours waiting, putting aside important personal responsibilities, only to be completely ignored.
When I contacted customer service, the experience became even worse. The representative was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. She constantly interrupted me, would not allow me to explain the situation, and refused to properly address my complaint about their terrible service.
I was then told that no refund would be issued, despite the fact that the service was never provided. As a result, I lost my money, wasted valuable time, missed three days of classes, and now have to pay again with another company.
This is unacceptable and deceptive business behavior. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money.

Our support team did provide assistance; however, a refund was requested. A partial refund was issued, as the training’s instructional resources had already been completed.
