I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the conduct of the store manager, Mr. Tyler Denman, during my visit to your location at 1636 S. Braddock Ave, Suite B, Pittsburgh, PA 15218, on June 25th between 2:30 and 3:00 PM.
The purpose of my visit was to report an incident involving two individuals in an Aaron’s truck who were observed by my neighbor aggressively banging on the rear door of my property. This occurred following the eviction of a tenant who had left behind a refrigerator. When I arrived on-site, I discovered the back door had been splintered — evidence of an attempted forced entry, no access was gained. I came to the store to file a complaint and schedule a pickup for the appliance.
During this visit, Mr. Denman came from behind his desk and followed me to the exit, shouting, “Get out of my store.” I can’t understand why his behavior escalated. At no point did I raise my voice or behave in an aggressive manner that would justify such a reaction. I entered the store with the intention of resolving an issue, and I was met instead with hostility and unprofessional conduct.
The store manager's actions reflect poorly on the business and fall short of the standard of customer service one should expect. A manager is expected to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy, particularly in challenging situations. Mr. Denman's response did not meet that expectation and was both disappointing and unacceptable.
I respectfully request that this matter be taken seriously. I hope you will review any available surveillance footage from the time of the incident and take appropriate measures to ensure this type of behavior does not occur again.

i had money taken out of my account for 2 items and they were both picked up even without owing anything on them. i even called to verify wether they had to be picked up or not and i was still told yes. DO BETTER!

Horrible experience!!!! will never order through them again. I had an order set up, had gotten no information of the order being cancelled and was told that I would be charged another fee to reopen the order. this information was given 1 hour after recieving an email that everything was approved and after speaking with aarons personally about my delivery.

I had a serious problem that needed attention asap.I was moving an needed pick up of furniture.The furniture was great just that my daughter brought furniture and I had no need to rent.Everyone blew me off except a manager 45 mins away.Fidelina in Rio Rancho did take care of the issue.Called me back numerous times to be sure I knew what was happening. I hope her bosses see this.This is what real managers look like, act like.Thank you at the Rio Rancho store for fixing this.Even you delivery guys thank you too.Real managers with good staff need not just raises , talent in managers is hard to find.Reward this store please.Thank you.I will if needed rent from you again only because of this store.Thank you again

I set up payments for my Washer & Dryer and had to change the date that my payments were auto drafted due to my employer making payroll changes. I went online to change the dates only and had to pay $34.xx which was not a problem because my payment was moving out a week. When I tried to change my card on file, they charged me ANOTHER $34 just to change my payment method. I will NEVER use Aaron's again. Their customer service phone number goes to another store out of state and when I called "Customer Service" I was told I had to call my local store. The employees will call you if your payment is a day late and demand that you return their call, which I did not because I do not respond to DEMANDS!! Their "customer service" is pathetic and unprofessional!!

Aaron's in Huntsville Alabama is as unprofessional as I've ever seen. When they called about the missed payment it was to schedule a time to pick up the furniture. Ok done with them. So a gentleman knocks on our door to get it already in an ill mood and very short with what he has to say and in a hateful tone. Two more guys arrive to help get the furniture,same thing like it was a problem they were there to do there job. It sucks now days to have to stretch your hard earned dollar and miss a payment and no help ,payment arangment kiss my butt not nothing.

I be a loyal Aaron member for years and got Xumo TV and it horrible and then I paid 45 for to get another TV and told it be here Friday and I call late Friday and told it be in Saturday and they call me as they didn't call me and I call again and now they say Monday as I feel I getting run around
Customer Service
At least from them, and I have been trying to speak with someone did speak with the manager of a store, asked to speak to someone higher up. I have waited over a week. Keep being told that it is in progress and being looked at there is nothing to look at. It’s either a yes or a no, but I cannot get a phone call.

I have been a customer for many years,paid things off with no problem but this time has been a total nightmare with them. I just purchased a 55"LG t.v
and sound bar. First there was NO MANUEL, I was told you don't give th customer one they make you download the instructions, the sound bar again no instructions, the remote was the WRONG one, the remote to the T.V. the middle button is so small when you use it to move the cursor around because the button which is in the middle of the larger button you end up hitting it by mistake, I am getting a different TV and is suppose to be delivered and was told it would be here before 5PM or sooner, I was told my first payment was $97.17 then the 1st of Jan. it would go to $2.19!!! I called and they said they would get the money back into my account that was 3 hrs ago, my bank account was low to begin with and I still had several payments that needed to be paid, which one already went through and was sent back, I'm sorry but this is CRAP!!!!! I want some satisfaction out of this, I just want the MONEY put back into my account before another payment is declined! My stackable unit
I have to tell you I was surprised with my stackable W&D and I simply love it. I can do full loads in this washer! It doesn't take much space at all. I love the customer service, Kelly in New Port Richey and Justin in Hudson really go all out letting you know about specials and the perks of being with Aaron's. I ordered a Samsung, forward-facing washing machine.
Within a week the washer was delivered.
Within the first few washings, we Noticed a pool of water around the machine.
We called Aaron's (on Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas) and spoke to Joshua. We explained our concern about a leak and asked for servicing.
Joshua told us Aaron's does not service washers. This would require us to get the machine fixed.
We discussed our issue of being required to pay for a washer servicing for a machine that was received less than 3-weeks ago. Asked Joshua if the servicing fee would offset the next payment (to Aaron's). He was adamant with, "No."
Since I am not willing to pay to have a new washer serviced in addition to the payment, I let Joshua know the washer can be picked up for return. Plus, do I really want a machine that leaks?
There was complete silence as a response from Joshua.
I asked (Joshua) if he heard me.
He said he didn't know if I was talking to him or someone else.
I affirmed I was speaking to him and what are the next steps.
He asked what was my concern?
I repeated the purpose of the call. And, Joshua said a repair would come out of my pocket.
I was amazed that Joshua, at first, said he didn't know I was talking to him . . . Then, he had the same response as his answer when 'he didn't know I was talking to him.'
My response was to let's just get the machine picked up.
Joshua placed me on hold for over 8-minutes.
I hung up and called the store again. Maybe he forgot I was on hold. However, Joshua said he placed so I could correct my tone.
8-minutes on hold so I could change my tone? I told Joshua the only thing I now wanted him to do is schedule the pickup.
Joshua told me I could call back after I changed my tone. Then, he hung up.
What is this dude's problem.
I called again. The phone rang 31 times once I started counting due to the call was not being answered.
I called another Las Vegas store to ask for the number to Aaron's corporate office or its escalation team. I was provided with an Atlanta 678 area number. I provided my requested info to the person taking the call.
Now, here I (continue) sit waiting to hear from Aaron's.
Using my blocked company phone number, I called Aaron's/Joshua to let Aaron's know the machine shall be returned. DO NOT withdraw any further monies for payment.
Joshua said he could schedule a pickup next week, but I would still owe the pro rated payment.
I informed Joshua it would be best to not withdraw any further monies since the business relationship ended effective today.
No one was getting back to me about a bed I ordered and didn’t get.
My son needed a new bed and I saw that Aaron’s Was having a promotion to put $0.01 down and you get your merchandise in 7-9 business day, as well you don’t have to make your first payment until like a little over a month after you have it. I ordered my son a bed and a mattress. The mattress came within the expected time frame. I kept checking on my account to see when the bed would come, And it said it was on back order for like 2 weeks after that no status at all. I tried calling Aaron’s and For some reason every time I called, no one would answer. A few times it rang like 3 or 4 times and then automatically hung up on me so I sent an email. No one ever got back to me about the bed. Well, I got a call from Aaron’s, but it wasn’t about my bed that I ordered. They were calling me because they have a new promotion going on and wanted to see if I would like to buy something else. I told the lady that I still haven’t got the last thing I bought. She apologized and told me she didn’t understand why because the bed has been in the store for a couple of weeks. Well, after that, she didn’t try getting me to buy anything else, but she did comment that I only have automatic payments coming out for the mattress but not the bed. I told her that I had no clue what was going on with the bad nobody contacted me or responded back to me so why would I have automatic payments set up for something that I haven’t got and at this point I was unsure if I was even going to get it. The lady asked me if I still wanted the bed. I told her that I did want the bed, but I am not setting up automatic payments and I know that the bad is coming here. She scheduled the delivery for October 1st. I place my order in August so we shall see.:..

This will be my 2nd negative post within a month!!
When they delivered my new bedroom suite a few weeks ago, the electric switch to light it up and to activate the USB ports did not work. The store manager had assembled the bed while the regular delivery guy was putting the mirror on the back of the dresser. They delivered the replacement headboard last Thursday, Sept. 19th, 3 weeks later. The 2 delivery guys then discovered that they could not replace the headboard because EVERY connecting screw to this bed frame was stripped to the point that they could not undo them!! NO ONE HAS TOUCHED THAT BED FRAME SINCE THE DAY IT WAS DELIVERED!! I had just moved into my apartment the day before the delivery and have been too busy unpacking boxes to give it a 2nd thought.
The delivery guys were smart and dedicated enough to figure out how to disconnect the actual headboard piece from the connecting support legs and replaced the actual piece with the switch on it. I am very thankful for that. But now, I am stuck with a bed that cannot be broken down, because ALL screws (not one or two) BUT ALL the screws in all the corners are stripped. They were not able to back any of them out and they had tools much stronger than what I have access to!!!
I wrote on the delivery order that they had me sign, asking the manager to call me as soon as he got the note to discuss this issue, even as I kept trying to call him. He would not even answer the calls of his delivery guys. Now, after my repeated calls that have gone unanswered and NO CALL BACK from him, I am writing this review. No one even answers my calls when I call the store. I can only guess they are watching for my number. I don't want to pay full price for something that HE messed up and doesn't even have the decency to call me to discuss. And, I am trying to avoid having to go into the store yet again, after the first time I had to go in to talk to him about the first issue. I do not want to be labeled as an aggressive or angry woman however, being ignored is making me feel that way.
